The largest racing event in Bulgaria happened from 19th to 25th of September. "Speed Challenge" proceeded under the title "Think about the innocent..Drive wisely on the roads,come and show your skills on the track!!!". The event was split on two basic parts - three drift show demos,which were held in Sofia and another six events which were held on "Dragon" track,nearby Plovdiv. Speed Challenge started on the 19th of September with one hour show downtown with 8 of the best drift drivers in Bulgaria.The show took place at two other locations in the city center the next two days. On the fourth day the event moved to "Dragon" track and the next days of Speed Challenge were filled with various races of different kinds but definitely the most awaited part of the program was the "Monster Drift Battle" - the drift race fueleded by Monster Energy with Mike Procureur the founder of "King of Europe" as a head judge.
