When people write about Dustin Craven they try to capture some element of how “wild” he is. How “different”. Craven is those things, but they’re missing the point.

Dustin Craven isn’t inhibited by normal social conventions. Match that with a naturally provocative personality and you have the ingredients for a legendary character. Now if he was living on the street, (and that’s a distinct possibility) he’d just be “that crazy guy”, but he happens to be unnaturally good at snowboarding. At all kinds of snowboarding too. He’s a world-class halfpipe rider, a certified park destroyer, and he’s as comfortable in the backcountry as a bunny in a mattress factory.

You could write a thousand words about what Dustin has done but the interesting part is what he has yet to do.
