With an awesome 11 Rally Dakar titles to his name, Monster Energy’s Stéphane Peterhansel is without doubt one of the all-time greatest off-road endurance racers. Dubbed ‘Mr Dakar’, Peterhansel has racked-up six motorcycle Dakar titles, as well as five victories in the car class, including back to back wins in 2012 and 2013 with the Monster Energy X-raid MINI ALL4 Team.

Over a career spanning 25 years, the French legend has taken home silverware in pretty much every off-road endurance event worth mentioning, including the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, Silk Way Rally, FIM Rally Spain, and Central European Rally.

Teaming up again with fellow Frenchman and co-driver Jean-Paul Cottret, Peterhansel will be flat out tearing up the desert again this year and in the 2014 Dakar, focused on adding another title to his already epic racing record.
