Promotion Terms & Conditions

1.      This promotion is only open to residents of Cyprus who are aged 18 yrs and over, except employees of Lanitis Bros, Hansen Beverage Company, their subsidiaries, families, agents or anyone associated with this promotion.

2.      Entries are unlimited per person per day but entrants may only win once.

3.      The first day of the promotion will be 15/10/2012 and the promotion closes at midnight on 20/11/2012.

4.      1 winner from Cyprus will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

5.      The first 1 valid entry drawn from all entries will win a VIP trip for 2 people to Rally Dakar 2013 to stay at the arranged hotels from the 3rd January to January 7th 2013. 

6.      Prize winners must be available to fly, with a valid passport, Visa and travel insurance, on 3rd January returning on January 7th 2013.  Prize includes standard return flights from Larnaca Cyprus international airport to Peru, including return transfers from the airport to the hotel, twin room accommodation for 4 nights and access to privileged areas of the race. Travel insurance and all other expenses including resort activities, food and drink beyond those included in the program are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the event is cancelled.

7.      The prize draw will take place on 22nd November 2013.

8.      The winner will be notified by phone within 7 days of the draw date. The prize winner will be the owner of the mobile phone number from which the winning online entry was entered at www.monsterenergy.com/dakar2013. The Promoter`s decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.

9.      If no contact is made with the drawn winner after 3 attempts, the drawn winner will forfeit their prize and a reserve winner will be drawn and awarded the prize.

10.  Prize winners` name and county will be made available by visiting www.monsterenergy.com.

11.  No cash or other alternatives in whole or part substitution of the specified prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

12.  Prize winner may be asked to participate in publicity.

13.  Please retain a printed copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

14.  By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
