Shane Bonifay grew up with a handle and rope in his hand, literally… Shane turned pro before he was even a teenager and has had a Pro Model board for the past 10 years.  This isn’t too bad considering Shane is only 25.  This is also why Shane is one the most respected riders in the industry.  Shane has a style all his own on and off the water.  Shane rides a wakeboard his own way, he very easily could of fallen in the shadow of his older brother, but he decided not to by being one of the most unique wakeboarders there is.  Shane has invented multiple tricks and was the first to land a toe side backside 720, a trick that very few riders have ever landed.  He is the founding father of the Pointless Posse, a group of core wakeboarders that consists of the best of the best, such as Danny Harf, Shawn Watson and Parks Bonifay to name a few.
