Felix Prangenberg

Live your dreams! Ever since he was barely six years old, Felix Prangenberg fantasized about becoming a professional BMX athlete. And while thousands of kids share the same ambition, the native of Rossbach, Germany, has shown the dedication and perseverance to make his dream a reality. His track record of contest wins is only surpassed by a constant output of creative moves filmed on city streets. Ready to work hard and take a slam – and with a unique eye for connecting urban objects with mind-boggling combos – today Felix Prangenberg is at the forefront of modern-day trick innovation in BMX. “Most tricks kinda come naturally while you’re out riding or trying to film something,” he said upon joining the Monster Energy BMX roster in the spring of 2021, a real breakout year for the tattoo enthusiast and hardcore music fan. Prangenberg not only claimed silver in the BMX Street competition at X Games 2021 but also earned Real BMX gold with a video part captured on-street spots around the German city of Cologne. Fans on Instagram can’t get enough of Prangenberg’s manual combos and spin tricks, plus burly drops, and handrails. But his true passion remains with boundary-pushing full-length video parts, including the seminal ‘Paradise’ segment for WeThePeople BMX. Stay tuned as the dream continues!
