Jess Lockwood, is young and efficient and a two-time PBR World Champion, having won his first title in 2017 and again in 2019. He was the youngest World Champion in PBR history and the youngest two-time Champion in PBR history. In five seasons he has amassed 45 Top 5 finishes at the elite televised level of competition, of which 17 have been for wins, including the 2019 World Finals average. All of which has made him the youngest to earn $1 million, $2 million, $3 million and, yes, $4 million. Lockwood has made 139 qualified rides at the elite level and 30 of those have been for 90 points or more and ridden 51 percent of his bulls at all levels of competition. Speaking of which, he has another combined 35 Top 5 events at the Velocity and Tour Pro level along with Canada, and 12 of those have been for wins. Lockwood was the 2016 PBR Rookie of the Year and a week prior to winning his second world title married World Champion barrel racer Hailey Kinsel.
