Nestled tightly between two off-ramps in the heart of Quebec City, an 18-story structure of steel and snow stood over the record numbers of ski and snowboard spectators below. Most came to see their local hero, multiple X-Games medalist and now Olympic Silver medalist, Max Parrot.
He did not disappoint.
With 3 runs, all in the very high 90's, Max walked away with a very impressive 195.25 score and a trip to the top step of the podium. Max is next set to compete in the Monster Energy Big Air in Whistler next month at the World Ski & Snowboard Festival.
On the ski side, Evan MacEachran, also fresh from PyeongChang, stomped his way to second place through the first two rounds, but fell to 4th in the overall.
