Matt Burroughs

“Monster Matt” as he is known on social media, has been racing in the desert since the age of 4. He began his desert racing career aboard motorcycles and was a member of the Factory Husqvarna Off Road team from 1999 – 2005. In 2015, Matt transitioned to UTV desert racing and became a member of the Can-AM Factory team in 2017.Over the last couple seasons of Best In The Desert and SCORE racing series, Matt has made a steady climb in the Pro UTV ranks. In 2016, he finished second overall Pro UTV at the BITD Vegas To Reno as well as in the runner-up spot in the Pro Production UTV ranks at both the Laughlin Desert Classic and the Blue Water Desert Challenge. In 2017, he finished 4th overall Pro Turbo UTV at both the SCORE Baja 500 and the BITD Vegas to Reno, 2nd overall Pro Turbo UTV at the BITD Tonopah 250 and 8th overall Pro Turbo UTV at the SCORE Baja 1000.
