Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Famer Shannon Campbell unexpectedly started his career in 1996 when he stunned both himself and the community by winning first place in his Four Wheeler Top Truck Challenge debut. He went on to outshine the world of off-road truck racing in the categories of rock crawling and rock racing for more than 20 years, participating in events such as WERock, Dirt Riot, Best in the Desert, Ultra4 Racing, and more. The best part however, is that he did this all in his very own self-built buggies. Campbell made a significant impact on the sport by being one of the first to utilize a four-wheel-drive truck in rock crawling. By doing so, he not only helped popularize the sport, but also earned numerous championships and record-breaking achievements along the way. The three-time King of the Hammers champion has also enjoyed the thrill of competing alongside his children. Whether it’s family time at home or out on the dirt, Campbell always gives it his all.
