Growing up in Gilbert, Arizona, his love for cars and motorsports began at a young age. Spending countless hours at his family's shop, Wayland honed his skills by building race cars and learning how to drive alongside his father. Since then, he's been determined to make a name for himself and leave his own mark in the sport. Throughout his career, Wayland has taken part in various off-road racing events such as the King of the Hammers, Baja 1000, and Ultra4 Racing. He’s achieved multiple podium finishes, has conquered the grueling King of the Hammers race, and earned the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame Rising Star Award. With a string of impressive victories under his belt, Wayland has not only made his father proud, but he has also established himself as one of the most talented and fearless off-road racers out there.
