Affectionately known as The Flying Frenchman, Loris Vergier is a rising star in the world of competitive downhill mountain bike racing. Hailing from Cagnes-sur-Mer, France, Loris barged onto the junior division scene with drive and natural talent, ultimately earning first place at the 2014 UCI Downhill Mountain World Championships. Over the past seasons, the rookie has evolved into a podium regular at elite division race events. Known for his aggressive, versatile riding style, Vergier thrives where others struggle. Muddy tracks, pouring rain, gnarled tree roots, and rock sections: Vergier floats down the track undeterred with an uncanny ability to find his line in the most rugged terrain, always pushing for top speeds.
