THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SWIRE COCA-COLA LIMITED T/A SWIRE COCA-COLA HK (“PROMOTER”) ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE ENTITILED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A.    ELIGIBILITY

1.    This Promotion is open to all Hong Kong citizens aged eighteen (18) or above, with Hong Kong permanent identity card holder only.

2.    Persons ineligible and excluded from this Promotion are: (a) Employees of Promoter and their advertising agencies; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a). 

B.    PROMOTION PERIOD

1.    The Promotion starts from 00:00 hours on 1 July 2022 and ends at 23:59 hours on 30 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).

2.    The registration time starts from 00:00 hours on 1 July 2022 and ends at 23:59 hours on 31 December 2022, subject to the registration mobile phone system.

3.    Any entry not received within the promotion registration deadline shall be automatically disqualified from participation. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected Entries (as defined in paragraph C3 below).

C.    HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1.    Purchase any specially marked Monster Energy X PUBG Mobile Can from participating stores (“Participating Stores”) during the Promotion Period.   

2.    Scan the unique QR code found under the tab and redeem for in-game item.

3.    Participants must have PUBG Mobile account for redemption. 

4.    Redemption Period: July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

D.    PRIZES

a.    Note: Once the in-game prize is redeemed, items are available in the consumers PUBG Mobile account for 30 days. After the 30 days, the item will be expired from the user’s PUBG Mobile wallet. Each code is valid for 3 days after activated and stackable i.e. win 3 Pans and you will get 9 days of Pan in game.
    
2.    Multiple entries are permitted. Each Can Tab equals to one entry. Participant can win each item more than one throughout the Promotion Period.

3.    Participants must have PUBG Mobile account for redemption. 

4.    Prizes are subject to third party terms and conditions. The promoter is not liable for these terms and conditions.

5.    Prizes are available on an as-is basis and are not transferable, exchangeable or converted to monetary value. The Promoter reserves the right not to award any Prizes or any alternative prizes of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever to any person who fails to meet any stipulated requirement in order to claim the Prize.

6.    Prizes must be redeemed within the promotion registration deadline.

E.    VERIFICATION

1.    The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. 

2.    Promotion end statement will be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 6 January 2023.

1.    All promotional materials, including details on How to Participate and Prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. 3.    The Promoter, SWIRE COCA-COLA LIMITED T/A SWORE COCA-COLA HK, Monster Energy Company, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies are not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Promotion caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer or on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and / or traffic congestion on the internet and / or at any website or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to and / or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Promotion.

4.    In no event will the Promoter and/or their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, respective and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), Monster Energy Company, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any the Participant’s acceptance of the Prizes (if selected as winner), or their entry into the Promotion. By entering into the Promotion, participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter and/or their Affiliates, Monster Energy Company, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, cause of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.

5.    The Promoter and/or their Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the Prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter and/or their Affiliates are not liable for any defect in the Prizes.

6.    Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by the Promoter and/or their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including conducting background check on the Participant’s identity and verify their eligibility to participate and receive a Prize. 10.    Please keep the original and completed receipt for prize redemption and verification purpose. Participants need to send receipts’ photo by WhatsApp. Purchase date and time, purchase store name, receipt number/store number, product name, quantity and purchase amount should be printed clearly on the receipt. Any incomplete, counterfeit or damaged, duplicated or reprinted receipt will not be accepted.
11.    Swire Coca-Cola HK’s will not be responsible or liable for any data transmission delay, distortion, error and the loss thereby incurred.
12.    Personal data provided by the participants are for the use of this promotion only. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal (Privacy) Ordinance. Participants can provide their personal information at their free will. If the participant does not wish to provide the relevant information, the registration procedure will not be completed and will be regarded as void.
13.    Participants must ensure the information provided is accurate. Participants will be disqualified if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect. 
14.    Registration is only available via WhatsApp. By participating and submitting documents for registration in this promotion, the participant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the promotion and any decision the Company makes regarding this promotion.

16.    Winners will be notified individually by WhatsApp. Upon prize redemption, winners must provide the original winning receipts for verification; otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited. Receipts will not be returned after prize redemption. If the winners do not collect the prizes within the designated period and venue, their eligibility to receive the prizes will be disqualified (No delivery service will be provided). If winner cannot collect the prize in person, kindly authorize someone to collect it with an authorization letter, original receipt’s and copy of the winner’s identity card.
17.    Winners will be notified the eligibility confirmation and redemption information individually by WhatsApp. Winners who do not be contacted by 18 October 2022 will forgo the item without being compensated.
18.    In any circumstances, prizes cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred or exchanged for cash. All images are for reference only. The real object should be considered as final. Swire Coca-Cola HK will not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
19.    All prizes are governed by the Terms and Conditions printed on the prizes and must be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as shown.
20.    Staff, licensed/registered representatives of Swire Coca-Cola HK, advertising agency and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
