Joey "The Mexicutioner" Beltran

BIOGRAFÍA

In the world of combat sports, it gets no more hardcore than the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), the first sanctioned and commissioned bare-knuckle boxing series in the United States since 1889. In the no-holds-barred tournament where boxers square off without the protection of gloves, one fighter towers above the rest: José Felipe “Joey” Beltran from Oceanside, California. Raised as a boxer from age 10, Beltran leveraged his early street fighting experiences into a versatile and successful mixed martial arts (MMA) career. After earning his stripes on the Strikeforce promotion and taking out big names in Bellator events, Beltran shook up the UFC’s heavyweight division as a strong competitor, earning several Fight of the Night bonuses in the process. But the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert found his true calling when the gloves came off in 2018, literally, and he joined the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). Losing no time, The Mexicutioner went straight to the top of the league: As one of the toughest contenders to ever step into the “Squared Circle”, Beltran claimed – and defended(!) – the coveted titles of BKFC Heavyweight Champion, as well as the National Police Gazette American Heavyweight Champion. Anyone trying to stop Beltran’s reign will learn that this type of success is not given, it’s earned the hard way!
