2019 Unior Downhill Cup; Javor

Organiser of the race; Club MTB Trbovlje decided to do something special for the 20th anniversary of Javor race and brought back from the dead a 2500m long track that was last time used in 2012. Fast meadow part and technical rocky "Manson" section came as a good refreshment for the riders, although they were a bit slower in wet and muddy conditions.

Rainfall was so strong on Sunday that large amounts of water made a track less slippery. During second part of race, rain faded, what made mud thicker, hence more issues at certain parts, while others got faster.

Jure Zabjek once again proved he is pretty much unbeatable and won over Luka Berginc. Third was Miha Ivancic.

Unior DH Cup will now take a larger break and will come back with the 4th race of the series on 24th and 25th of August on Mountain of Sorica.
