
48 of the best riders on the planet descended on the historic seaside town of Hastings to ride the infamous Source Park for the 3rd consecutive year of the Battle of Hastings. The artillery wasn’t swords and cannons on the battlefield, but bowl shredders and rail assassins! 12 teams of 4 riders invaded all areas of the Source Park throughout the week, filming secret sessions that combined with the Best Trick to secure them a place in the Finals.
Riders like Kevin Peraza, Jordan Godwin, Alex Donnachie, Dan Lacey, Dakota Roche and Greg Illingworth were representing in the rider-picked teams, that unleashed their full assault of tricks at one of the most highliy anticipated BMX events of the year.
Overall legend and youtube hero Scotty Cranmer went live on our Facebook channels to get behind the scenes and show the world what they were missing on the warm-up days: “…it was truly the best weekend man, so stoked to make it out to this event! It’s been on my list for the past 2 years and to come and actually be a part of it and represent, it’s unreal!” Scotty was not only in front of the camera, creating content for his own epic youtube channel, but was also presenting the prestigious Nora Cup awards that went live from Hastings on Saturday night.
