Monster Energy in partnership with J. Cole and his own Dreamville Records, has announced the lineup and a brand new date for the inaugural Dreamville Festival 2019. Dreamville Fest will feature a host of hip hop’s finest talent including 21 Savage, Big Sean, SZA and Monster Energy’s own Rapsody. The one-day event is set to take place at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, NC, just one hour from J. Cole’s hometown of Fayetteville, NC.
Dreamville Festival 2019 will offer fans a full day celebrating local music, art, hip hop culture, along with some of the region’s finest food vendors. When it came to choosing the lineup, J. Cole set out to curate an eclectic list of performers that meld some of the biggest stars in the genre, alongside some exciting newer acts to watch out for. Originally slated for September 2018, the event faced cancellation due to hurricane Florence. Fortunately the date was able to be shifted and the event will go ahead in full force.
