What’s your name? What are you riding and what country are you riding for?

My names Hunter Lawrence, I’ll be riding a Honda CRF250 and I am representing Team Australia.

Have you been to MXoN before? How many times?

Yes this will be my 2nd time racing at a MXoN, my first time was 2017 in Matterly Basin which was awesome.

What does it mean to you to represent your country at this event?

It's just badass, so appreciative and honored that my country wants me to represent them at Motocross of Nations, its everything you dream of as a kid growing up to be the best in your country so for me its a dream come true.

What do you think of Red Bud? How do you think the fans will be?

Redbud should be awesome I think with a combination of crazy U.S fans and Euro fans it should be awesome and make for a really great atmosphere.

Which country do you think will have the craziest fans?

I think the French fans will be the craziest as they normally are, especially being France can win 5 times in a row if they win again!

How have you been preparing for MXoN?

We have been working hard and just doing the same training as throughout the year.

How is this race different than other events?

It's just different because its special! The short turn around between motos also mixes things up but its the fact that we (Mx2) are racing against 450’s!

Are there other countries or riders that you’re looking forward to riding against?

Yeah I’m super excited to race against the newly crowned champ Plessenger, he has had a great year and as I am coming to the USA at the end of this year it will be good to see where I’m at!

What part of the event are you looking forward to most?

All of it! From Friday till Sunday evening!

Which team do you think has the best chance of wining?

Team Australia! ;)
