That’s the question we asked ourselves and the answer we came up with was to fly in some absolute motorcycling icons and pull off the biggest Monster Energy rig riot of the year, and we think it worked.
Road racing legend John McGuinness, FMX shredder Jeremy ‘Twitch’ Stenberg and four-time Speedway world champion Greg Hancock all descended on Cardiff, Wales for an action-packed weekend – and they loved every minute.
Hancock has been taking some time away from racing while he cares for his wife Jennie, who is battling cancer, but he headed over to Europe for the first time all year to check out the competition ahead of a racing return and he was the perfect tour guide for Twitch, who was taking in his first taste of Speedway.
