MXoN | The world's biggest motocross event

Sep 042019

The world's biggest motocross event is getting closer and closer and it promises to be a weekend full of excitement and sensation.

The Motocross of Nations [MXoN] takes place this year on Dutch soil, the first in 15 years. For one weekend (training and qualifications on Saturday) the entire off-road motorcycle family is sucked into one place.

On Sunday, September 29, it really starts and fans from all over the world, 53 different countries, come together to encourage their team. So take your flags, chainsaws and vuvuzelas with you and let's all make noise.

What is the point? Each country selects its three best drivers to compete for the world title. It consists of three series of 30 minutes in which two drivers per team start: MX1 + MX2, MX2 + Open and MX1 + Open. The five best results are added together and form the final score per team. The team with the lowest score takes the Chamberlain trophy home; in our opinion, perhaps the most beautiful silverware in the FIM case.

The Monster Girls are our sunshine and therefore certainly not to be missed at an event like this. During the Nations our Girls entertain the countless fans at the start, on stage and not to mention the infamous Rig Riot!
