As part of the famous dynasty of rally drivers, Oliver learned to drive at an early age, after having tried more traditional activities such as soccer, karate, and hockey. Oliver got captivated by the Crosskarts and bugle races, at a high competitive level.
In 2010, when he was only 8 years old he obtained his first victory. By 2012 he had won the Norwegian Championship, and then, after ascending to a higher class, he achieved consecutive championship victories in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
At 15 years old, he decided to try out Rallycross, to his surprise he resulted twice victorious in his debut and finished runner-up in the RallyX Nordic. In 2018 he proclaimed himself the absolute leader of the Nordic Championship. Oliver wants to build his career in the Rally world and has already become the youngest driver to win a date in the European Rally Championship, proving that he has the abilities to make history and place again his last name on the forefront of the world scene, hence, in 2019 he decided to make a jump to the international scene debuting at the World Rally Championship.
