Void where prohibited. The Monster Energy Under the Tab 2020 Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada only, and is governed by Canadian law.

1.    The Monster Energy Under the Tab 2020 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, Canada, and are over the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, at the time of claim, except employees, representatives and agents, and members of their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Monster Energy Canada Ltd. (“Monster” or “Sponsor”), Live Nation Canada, Inc. (“Live Nation”), the Promotional administrator: Streetmeet Inc. o/a Unoapp & Digital Menubox (“UNOapp”), the Fulfillment administrator: TI Group, and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the merchandise (the “Promotion Entities”).

Agreement to Official Rules
3.    By participating in the Promotion, participant fully and unconditionally agrees to, and accepts, these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.  

Promotion Period
4.    The Promotion will begin on May 1, 2020 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).

5.    Monster Energy® 473mL and 310mL products with the silver promotional tabs in the flavours listed below in Appendix A, while supplies last, will be produced for this Promotion (“Participating Product”).

How to Participate and Claim Merchandise
6.    Purchase Monster Energy® products in Canada during the promotion period and collect the PINs under the silver tabs. Participating Products may not be available in all locations and markets at all times during the Promotion Period. No copies, reproductions, or can tabs, from other products will be honoured. Monster reserves the right to verify identity of individual submitting the order. 
7.    To redeem PINs, text “MUSIC” to 87878. You will be redirected to complete your account set up (your cell number, name, address, and email address). Enter your PIN(s). You will be provided an option to redeem for a digital download or accumulate PINs for higher tier merchandise. You may come back multiple times to enter PINs, your cell number is the account number. Once you have collected enough PINs to redeem for a desired item select the item, you will be directed to complete the claim form along with a credit card for shipping and handling fee. The deadline to claim merchandise is October 31, 2020.
8.    Participants are responsible for pre-paid shipping and handling costs per merchandise item ($6.95 CDN), which you must pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card or by PayPal when you place your order. Pre-paid cards are not accepted. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Monster merchandise item styles, colours and sizes are subject to availability and may be substituted without advance notice. Please allow approximately twelve (12) weeks for delivery after your order is placed.

*A list of Live Nation concerts will be provided for the participant to choose from. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, age and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Selection of ticket type and/or concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of the participant and guest. Participant and guest must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial Gift Card from any participant and guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Participant must select concert within thirty (30) days of winning or forfeits the Gift Card. Resale of tickets is prohibited.   

Concert Cash Codes are redeemable only on the website located at Each Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward $5 or $20-off final ticket purchase, depending on the item selected, for a select Live Nation produced and promoted concert in Canada ticketed on, based on availability under this program. Codes cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, TicketsNow® or events not ticketed by Ticketmaster, fan clubs, ticket packages, gift cards or shipping charges. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster™ and tickets not sold directly by Ticketmaster. All ticket purchases are subject to the Purchase Policy found here. Code must be redeemed by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2020. A Code can be used only once. Maximum five (5) Codes per transaction for tickets. Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Codes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “irregular Code”). Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple Codes and/or irregular Codes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Codes, as determined by Live Nation in its sole discretion, shall give Live Nation the right to disqualify user. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. Codes cannot be sold or bought and will be void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. Codes cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Items purchased with a Code are for personal use or gifts only and are not valid for resale. Codes cannot be used for past purchases or offers. Use of a Code for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and Live Nation is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. Codes are void where prohibited by law. If a Code is used in violation of these Terms, Live Nation reserves the right to (a) cancel any ticket order, or (b) charge user’s credit card for value of tickets after shipment. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise. 

Gift Card may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites and in the Live Nation mobile app for Live Nation-produced events in the United States and Canada. Gift Cards are not redeemable at venue box offices. Gift Cards cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, fan clubs, other gift cards and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketsNow®, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster™ and other tickets not sold directly by Live Nation. Other exclusions may apply. Gift Cards cannot be combined with other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Live Nation’s prior written approval and may not be transferred or sold other than through authorized Live Nation channels. Live Nation reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. If the Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds the amount of that Gift Card’s balance, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable. Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law. Use of Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found at, which are subject to change at any time without notice. The use of Gift Cards on the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site. Gift Cards do not expire.
The approximate retail values set out above are based on approximate merchandise values in Canada at the time of printing these Official Rules. All characteristics and features of the Merchandise Items, except as otherwise explicitly above, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Monster merchandise items are while supplies last.

10.    Merchandise suppliers are independent parties over which Sponsor does not exercise any control. Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers nor does it assume responsibility for any warranty, claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment to any participant.

11.    Each merchandise item must be accepted as awarded, and may not be assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash value. In case of the unavailability of any merchandise, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a merchandise of equal or greater value.  

12.    Monster and its parent and affiliates, and the agents of each, may, from time to time, upon consent of the participant, use the personal information provided in connection with this Promotion to contact the winning entrant for the purpose of delivering merchandise. 13.    Monster will treat all personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws. It is the intention of Monster that all personal information provided in connection with the Promotion be kept confidential and used only for the purposes outlined herein or as permitted in Monster's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
14.    By participating in the Promotion and providing their consent, Promotion participants agree to the use of their personal information for the purposes described herein or in Monster's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and UNOapp’s privacy policy. Promotion participants may withdraw this consent at any time by visiting; or by calling 1-866-322-4466 x6585; or writing to Monster Energy Canada Ltd., c/o Monster Energy Company, Attn: Privacy Officer, 1 Monster Way, Corona, CA 92879.

General Rules
15.    By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with the decisions of the Sponsor as they relate thereto.  
16.    By accepting merchandise in connection with this Promotion, participants agree to release, remise and forever discharge the Sponsor, Live Nation, their parent, and all affiliates thereof from any claims, liabilities or damages incurred in connection with the delivery, use, participation in, and travel related to, any merchandise.
17.    The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete texts, emails, or for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any network lines, computer online systems, telephone, hardware, software, server, providers, e-mail, player, browser or technical malfunctions that may occur (including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of a claim) howsoever caused. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ computer or any other computer, related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Promotion. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any printing, production, or distribution errors in connection with the allocation of PINs.  The sole remedy available to any entrant so impacted will be a replacement PIN for the chance to use again during the Promotion Period, if applicable.
18.    If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing, production or distribution error,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promotion Entities that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or cause it to not comply with any applicable law having jurisdiction over the Promotion Entities, then Promotion Entities reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion without notice.
19.    The Promotion Entities reserve the right to disqualify any participant who they find to be in violation of these Official Rules or tampering with the Promotion process and they reserve the right to refuse a claim from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to participate. Claims generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws and the Promotion Entities reserve the right to seek damages or other legal remedy to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20.    All decisions of the Sponsor in connection with this Promotion are final and binding in all respects. All merchandise items must be accepted as awarded.
21.    All claimed PINs become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
22.    This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and is void where prohibited.
23.    These official rules will be posted at:
24.    For residents of all provinces: All disputes, disagreements, controversies, questions or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, including, without limitation, with respect to its execution, validity, application, interpretation, performance, breach, termination or enforcement (“Disputes”), shall be (a) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (b) shall be determined by a sole Arbitrator (the “Arbitrator”) under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario) (the “Act”). The resolution of Disputes pursuant to this section shall be final and binding upon the parties, and there shall be no appeal therefrom, including, without limitation, any appeal to a court on a question of law, a question of fact or a question of mixed fact and law. In addition: (a) section 7(2) of the Act will not apply to the arbitration; (b) unless the parties otherwise agree, the Arbitrator will be appointed by a judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario on the application of any party on notice to all the other parties. No individual shall be appointed as Arbitrator unless he or she agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Article; (c) the arbitration shall take place in the City of Toronto unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties; (d) subject to the Act, the Arbitrator may conduct the arbitration in the manner the Arbitrator considers appropriate; (e) the language to be used in the arbitration shall be English; (f) within seven (7) calendar days after appointment the arbitrator shall set the hearing date, which shall be within ninety (90) calendar days after the filing date of the demand for arbitration unless a later date is required for a good cause shown. The parties agree to a mutual exchange of relevant documents and the taking of up to a maximum of five (5) depositions by each party to last no more than two (2) calendar days in aggregate for each party; (g) the parties desire that any Dispute should be conducted in strict confidence and that there shall be no disclosure to any person of the existence of the Dispute or any aspect of the Dispute except as is necessary for the resolution of the Dispute; and (h) the Arbitrator shall have the right to determine all questions of law and jurisdiction, including questions as to whether a claim is arbitral, and shall have the right to grant legal and equitable relief including injunctive relief and the right to grant permanent and interim injunctive relief, and final and interim damages awards. The Arbitrator shall also have the discretion to award costs, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, reasonable expert's fees and expenses, reasonable witnesses' fees and expenses pre-award and post-award interest and costs of the arbitration.
25.    The Claw Icon and all Monster Energy trade-marks are owned by Monster Energy Company. Other trade-marks appearing are the property of their respective owners.
