Andreas Bakkerud

The Cartel veteran. After seven seasons of thrashing Rallycross Supercars to within an inch of their lives, Andreas Bakkerud knows how to get the job done behind the wheel. He’s got a ton of wins, three FIA European titles (2x in Super1600, and 1x in Supercar) and even more podiums to back up the trash talk. We won’t talk about 2019 though - where he came runner up in the FIA World Championship, on equal points to the winner, but lost out on a countback decision because the “other guy” had more wins in the season. None of that matters now anyway; because 2022 is where it’s at. A new championship, a new year, and a new challenge. Hard charging and not taking shit are where Bakkerud is focusing his talents; Expect action, and expect podiums. Watch this space.
