Riku Tahko

Whether its on ice, dirt, asphalt or gravel; 31 year old Finnish racer Riku Tahko shreds hard. Growing up in the small town of Porvoo, just outside Helsinki in Finland, it was pretty clear from the outset which way Riku’s career would be headed. From an early age Riku was ripping it up in go-karts and crosskarts, until he was old enough to graduate to full-blown rally machinery. At age 19 he won the Finnish Junior National Rally championship, and then the very next season was selected as the best newcomer when he competed in the Finnish leg of the World Rally Championship. Now at the wheel of a 600bhp fire spitting rallycross car with the backing of MINI Suomi, Riku is taking on all challenges in the European Rallycross Championship, and we couldn’t be more stoked to be a part of it.
