Tyler Wright is an Australian professional surfer on the WSL World Tour, younger sister of professional Owen Wright, she is the 2016 WSL Women's World Champion. Wright has eleven WSL World Tour Wins, including 2014 U.S. In her teens, Tyler was one of Australia's most dominant female surfing competitos winning many Australian National titles in multiple age categories in 2008-2009. She became the youngest person (male or female) to ever win a major ASP event, taking home the World Pro Junior championship.Wright is a function-over-form surfer with a signature move, the "front side." Wright is also a first-rate tuberider. Tyler has eleven major highlights and wins in the WSL World Tour, including the Vans US Open of Surfing in 2014, Roxy Pro France in 2015 and 2016, 2016 Swatch Women's Pro Trestles, and finally ranked #1 as WSL Women's World Champion.
