At just 17 years-of-age Waters made history as the youngest ever driver to compete in the Bathurst 1000 in 2011. Waters also became the youngest driver ever to claim the Australian Formula Ford Championship in the same year. He has since been groomed for stardom by the 2013 and 2014 Bathurst winning team, finishing second overall in the 2014 Dunlop Series Championship before taking home the series trophy in 2015 after a standout year. Cameron Waters enters his fourth full-time Supercars season with Tickford Racing in 2019, still just 24 years of age and armed with Ford's new Mustang.
