April & May saw brand new releases from several Monster Music artists including two of our newest additions – HoodCelebrityy and Kelsy Karter. UK’s Scarlxrd dropped a handful of hard-hitting singles, while Royce Da 5’9” and ¡Mayday! have us covered for beats and grooves, dropping new efforts in the form of lyric videos and a new single. Legendary punk rock's stalwarts Pennywise’s Fletcher Dragge and Byron McMackin and Suicidal Tendencies’ Mike Muir teamed up with Tim Armstrong (Rancid, Transplants, Operation Ivy) and Matt Freeman (Rancid, Operation Ivy) on a supergroup “The Crew” with the first track “One Voice” which can be ordered here and will benefit Musack.org, a charity giving kids and teens a voice through music by providing guitars, drums and support for music teachers.
Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, Jamaican-born Queen of Dancehall, HoodCelebrityy has been lighting up Instagram repping Monster Energy as of late. Her latest single and video “Champagne” is out new via YouTube. If you look carefully, you’ll catch a glimpse of some Monster Energy on ice.
New Zealand-born Kelsy Karter has taken over Los Angeles with her own brand of modernized punk rock. Her latest release, a more stripped back acoustic EP titled “Live From Nowhere” is out via YouTube. Her rebranded version of “My Future,” a Billie Eilish cover, is absolutely fire.
