In his rookie World Superbike season, Monster Energy rider Chaz Davies has proven he belongs. Over the course of the first six rounds, he has finished at least as well, if not better than he did in every previous race that he finished.

Monster Energy rider Eugene Laverty scored his second podium finish in a row with a hard-fought third place finish in the lone shortened World Superbike race at the fabled Monza circuit nearly Milan, Italy.

The celebrations have started in Magny Cours and the party’s been kicking off over in Chaz Davies’ pit box after he finally got both hands on the World Supersport Championship this afternoon. Knowing full well what was required of him, Chaz went out and rode a super tidy race and kept Fabien Foret behind him to close out a championship that’s included a phenomenal 5 wins from 12 races to date.
