Trailblazer. Maverick. Pioneer. Peter Olenick has been at the forefront of freeskiing since he burst on to the scene in 2004 where he double medaled at Winter X Games. With contest results piling up, and PBP and Level 1 segments in the bag, Peter evolved the sport further in 2007 by doing the first modern double flips in the halfpipe. Dubbed the Whiskey flip, Peter rode the trick to new heights and X Games glory in 2007. In 2010, Peter innovated yet again, becoming the first freeskier to do an alley-oop double flip which he used to his advantage at the Winter Dew Tour. And at that year`s Winter X, he hit the Guiness World record books when he boosted nearly 25 feet out of the halfpipe. With a decade in the sport under his belt, there isn`t much Pistol Pete hasn`t accomplished.
