With millions of spellbound Americans watching on LIVE TV, X Games history was made on Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen this evening when Monster Energy’s Heath Frisby pulled the first-ever snowmobile front flip in competition. Upon doing so, he was presented with the gold medal in the Winter X Games 2012 final snowmobile event – Best Trick.

“Ladies & gentlemen – history has been made,” exclaimed an ESPN TV reporter. Upon catching up with Joe, she asked the elated pilot: “Are you crying?”

“Yeah,” replied Frisby.
