Farthing goes 1st/1st/1st in the Pro Runabout Open class and MacClugage wins Pro Am Ski GP at Fla.’s Super Cup of Watercross

Skateboarding´s biggest contest series, the 2012 Street League Skateboarding™ DC Pro Tour fueled by Monster Energy is officially underway. 24 of the world´s top skaters converged on Kansas City today to begin practice for the series´ explosive season opener. The Sprint Center arena has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind concrete street plaza-style park where the elite field of pro skaters will battle throughout the weekend for to see who will win the first stop.

What a shock! What a pleasure! To see Monster Energy rider John John Florence, the kid who we expect to win at Pipeline and Sunset and Teahupoo and every other wave that tubes and scares us, go to Rio de Jainero, an area that holds some of the most mediocre waves in the world, and win.

The 6th Annual Surf Competition returns to Cox Bay in Tofino, BC on June 9th & 10th. The name has changed but don´t worry.....Stew will be served.
