NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility

1. The “Monster Energy^® Win a Whistler, BC Experience Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is only open to natural persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, Canada, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees, representatives and agents, and members of their immediate families (i.e. parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Monster Energy Canada ULC (“Monster” or “Sponsor”), administrators: GOcxm Inc. (“GOcxm”) and LPi Communications Group Inc. (“LPi”) (the “Administrators”), and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies and subsidiaries (“Affiliates”), participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution or production of the Promotion, or fulfillment of the prizes (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”).

Agreement to Official Rules

1. By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to, and accepts, these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrators, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. 

Promotion Period

1. The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET, on March 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). GOcxm’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. Eastern Time means either Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time depending on which time is in effect on the date in question.

How to Enter

1. No Purchase Necessary. To enter, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Scan the QR code printed on point-of-sale materials found in participating locations, or text “HELI” to 87878 to receive a Promotion link. Regular text messaging rates, airtime, data, and carrier charges may apply;

Step 2: You will be directed to complete the registration form (fields include name, your cell number, email address, date of birth and postal code) or sign-in to your existing account and accept the promotional terms & conditions. Promotion entrants will be required to consent to receiving electronic messages, and the collection, use, storage and disclosure, of their personal information by Sponsor and GOcxm for the purposes of this Promotion via text message to complete their entry. Entrants will also be asked to consent to the use, storage and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor and its Affiliates to provide entrants with marketing materials. Entrants may subsequently withdraw their consent to receive such marketing materials, as provided herein, at any time without affecting their chances of winning;

Step 3: Select the Whistler campaign on the homepage for a chance to scratch and win;

Step 4: An instant “scratch and win” screen will appear, move your finger across the “scratch here” on the screen to see if you are a potential Instant Prize winner (subject to correctly answering a skill-testing question). Instant Prize winners will be directed to complete a claim form.

Step 5: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for the Grand Prize.

2. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Entries which are incomplete, late, lost or irregular in any way, or sent by an unauthorized method are void and will not be eligible or accepted at the time of the draw. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. Only one (1) mobile phone number may be used by any one person to participate in this Promotion. Any personal information submitted will be used, stored and disclosed for the purposes of administering this Promotion, and with consent, for promotional purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy statement. See full details regarding Privacy below.
3. Entries will only be accepted as described herein and will not be accepted by any other means. Each potential winner will be identified as the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number used to enter the Promotion.

Prizes

1. The following prizes are available to be won.

Grand Prize:  There is one (1) “Grand Prize” available to be won. The Grand Prize includes: (a) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets for the Grand Prize winner and their one (1) guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize winner's residence in Canada (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Vancouver, British Columbia; (b) four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy); (c) meet and greet with a Monster Energy^® athlete, subject to availability; (d) one (1) Helicopter experience in Whistler, BC for 2 (Winner may select between a heli-board/ski experience or a heli-sightseeing tour for both winner and guest); and (e) Two Thousand Canadian Dollars spending money ($2000.00 CAD). *The trip must be taken before April 7, 2027. Timing of the meet and greet and availability of the athlete is to be determined by the Sponsor. See additional details below. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $8500.00 CAD. 

Instant Prizes: There are ten (10) “Instant Prizes” available to be won. Each Instant Prize is one (1) Monster Energy® branded Gnu snowboard deck. Boots and bindings are not included. The ARV of each Instant Prize is $650.00 CAD.

There is a limit of one (1) Instant Prize awarded per person. Instant Prize winners are eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

1. Grand Prize Details. The ARV of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the Grand Prize winner's residence, market conditions, changes in value of components (e.g., air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. Sponsor is not responsible for, and the Grand Prize winner will not receive, the difference (if any) between the actual value of the Grand Prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials. Ground transportation is not included. The Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible to arrange a car rental or shuttle. If any portion of the Grand Prize is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the winner. Specific travel arrangements and all Grand Prize details not specified herein will be made and determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport, and the Grand Prize winner and their one (1) guest must travel on the same itinerary, including without limitation, participation in the same helicopter activity. It is the Grand Prize winner’s and guest’s sole responsibility to comply with all travel and flight requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification at the time of travel, and signing of required release/liability waivers. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed Grand Prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of a missed flight, flight cancellation and/or delay, or ground transportation delay. The Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a credit card at time of accommodation check-in to cover incidentals. The Grand Prize winner and their guest must be nineteen (19) years of age or older at time of Promotion start date. Should the Grand Prize winner live within 400km of Vancouver, British Columbia, they will be given $500.00 CAD in lieu of flights, to assist in covering their own ground transportation.
2. From time to time herein, the Grand Prize and Instant Prizes may be individually referred to as a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”. Prize suppliers are independent parties over which Sponsor does not exercise any control. Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers nor does it assume responsibility for any warranty, claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment to any Prize winner.
3. Instant Prize styles and colors are determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and may be substituted without advance notice. Please allow approximately twelve (12) weeks for delivery after you claim your Instant Prize. Sponsor and Prize suppliers are not responsible for any packages that are not deliverable, or returned, due to any novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic related issues, delays, or cancellations, or if the incorrect shipping address was entered, these items will not be resent.
4. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded, and may not be assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash value. In case of the unavailability of a Prize, or any component of, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or component of, for one of equal or greater value. All other Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Grand Prize Draw

1. A random draw from all eligible entries for the Grand Prize will be made by GOcxm, on April 2, 2026. The Grand Prize draw will take place at GOcxm, 379 Adelaide Street West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M5V 1S5 Canada, at approximately 3:00 PM ET, to select the potential Grand Prize winner.

Odds

1. The odds of winning an Instant Prize will depend on the time of each entry scratch played. Prior to the Promotion Period, GOcxm will randomly pre-select a series of winning times during the Promotion Period using a computer algorithm. Each winning time is associated with a single Instant Prize. The time of scratch will determine whether a person is eligible to win an Instant Prize. The first person to scratch at a winning time (or, if no scratch is recorded at a winning time, the first person to scratch after that winning time) is a potential winner eligible to win an Instant Prize associated with that time. The odds of winning the Grand Prize in this Promotion depends on the total number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period. 

Requirements of Potential Winner(s)

1. To be declared a potential Prize winner, each selected entrant who is eligible for such Prize will be required to correctly answer unaided (mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question at a predetermined mutually convenient time. Following the draw described herein, the selected entrants will be contacted by email or by phone at the telephone number provided by the entrant. If the selected entrant cannot be reached personally without leaving a message by telephone within two (2) business days of the first phone call made and after a minimum of two (2) attempts by a Sponsor representative, and if such selected entrant fails to execute and return a declaration and release form (waiver) within two (2) business days from the date of receipt thereof, or if they do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, their entry will be forfeited and the next selected entrant drawn will be contacted on the third (3rd) day and such process may be repeated at the discretion of the Sponsor. 
2. As a condition of winning and accepting receipt of any Prize, each Prize winner, and the Grand Prize winner’s guest, must sign a declaration and release (waiver) in the form requested by Sponsor, confirming compliance with these Official Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, and releasing Sponsor, its Affiliates, and all the Promotion Entities. 

Privacy

1. Monster and its Affiliates, and the agents of each, may, from time to time, subject to the provisions of paragraphs 22-24 below, collect, use, store and disclose the personal information you provided in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and Prize fulfillment and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. 2. Winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their names, photographs, images, voices, statements and/or place of residence, related to their Prize for publicity purposes in any manner or media including the Internet, at any time, without compensation or notice. The opportunity to receive other communications about the Sponsor’s or its Affiliates products, promotions and other promotional offers may be provided by Sponsor, with your consent.
3. Monster will treat all personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws. It is the intention of Monster that all personal information provided in connection with the Promotion be kept confidential and used, stored and disclosed only for the purposes outlined herein or as permitted in Monster's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. By entering this Promotion and providing consent, Promotion entrants agree to the use of their personal information for the purposes described herein and for the purposes described in Monster's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Promotion entrants may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Monster reserves the right to maintain certain personal information in specific circumstances and consistent with applicable law, such as to comply with its legal obligations. 

Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. By entering into and participating in this Promotion, each entrant expressly consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promotion Parties or their agents and representatives. The Promotion Parties may collect and receive the following types of personal information: (i) personal information you provide directly when entering into or participating in this Promotion, (ii) automatically collected information, including but not limited to log and analytics information, device information or location information, (iii) personal information from third-party sources such as when you interact with the Promotion Parties through social media services, and (iv) personal information collected or received to protect you, the Promotion Parties and others against fraud or other illegal activities.
2. The Promotion Parties use the information collected and received to administer the Promotion, to improve future promotional activities, and to provide effective advertising and marketing (including but not limited to sending promotional communications for third-party services, operational partners, business partners, etc.). From time to time, the Promotion Parties may share information that they collect or receive with third parties such as their affiliates, service providers, operational partners, business partners, or other fraud/security/technical protection partners.
3. You have a number of choices about how the Promotion Parties handle information that is collected or received from you. You may opt out of receiving future promotional email, SMS, or MMS messages from any or all of the Promotion Parties, or withdraw your consent to the use and collection of your personal information by any or all of the Promotion Parties, by following the applicable instructions under their respective privacy policies. Please note that opting out from or withdrawing your consent to the use and collection of your personal information for promotion administration purposes, may affect your eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
4. The terms and conditions of the Official Rules do not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide any of the Promotion Parties or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

General Rules

1. By participating and/or entering this Promotion, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with the decisions of Sponsor and the Administrators as they relate thereto.
2. By entering this Promotion, each Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner’s guest, agrees to sign a waiver, as described above. In addition, each Prize winner agrees to the use of their name, place of residence and image in any publicity carried out by Sponsor without compensation.
3. By accepting any Prize in connection with this Promotion, each Prize winner agrees to release, remise and forever discharge the Sponsor, its Affiliates, and the Promotion Entities, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with the delivery, installation, use and/or consumption of any Prize, or any component thereof.
4. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, codes and release documents, or for any problems or failures. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of entries in the Promotion.  If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, other epidemics or medical emergencies, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or cause it to not comply with any applicable law having jurisdiction over Sponsor, then, subject to regulatory approval when required, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion without notice.
5. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or tampering with the Promotion’s process. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an entry from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to participate. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion or damage the Promotion platform/application (or a website linked thereto) is in violation of criminal and civil laws and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other legal remedy to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. All decisions of Sponsor in connection with this Promotion are final and binding in all respects. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferable.
7. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
8. This Promotion and the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and is void where prohibited.

11. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Monster’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on a website and/or the provisions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Monster’s sole and absolute discretion.
12. All disputes, disagreements, controversies, questions or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, including, without limitation, with respect to its execution, validity, application, interpretation, performance, breach, termination or enforcement (“Disputes”), except where prohibited by law, shall be (a) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (b) shall be determined by a sole Arbitrator (the “Arbitrator”) under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario) (the “Act”). The resolution of Disputes pursuant to this section shall be final and binding upon the parties, and there shall be no appeal therefrom, including, without limitation, any appeal to a court on a question of law, a question of fact or a question of mixed fact and law. In addition: (a) section 7(2) of the Act will not apply to the arbitration; (b) unless the parties otherwise agree, the Arbitrator will be appointed by a judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario on the application of any party on notice to all the other parties. No individual shall be appointed as Arbitrator unless they agree in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Article; (c) the arbitration shall take place in the City of Toronto unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties; (d) subject to the Act, the Arbitrator may conduct the arbitration in the manner the Arbitrator considers appropriate; (e) the language to be used in the arbitration shall be English; (f) within seven (7) calendar days after appointment the arbitrator shall set the hearing date, which shall be within ninety (90) calendar days after the filing date of the demand for arbitration unless a later date is required for a good cause shown. The parties agree to a mutual exchange of relevant documents and the taking of up to a maximum of five (5) depositions by each party to last no more than two (2) calendar days in aggregate for each party; (g) the parties desire that any Dispute should be conducted in strict confidence and that there shall be no disclosure to any person of the existence of the Dispute or any aspect of the Dispute except as is necessary for the resolution of the Dispute; and (h) the Arbitrator shall have the right to determine all questions of law and jurisdiction, including questions as to whether a claim is arbitral, and shall have the right to grant legal and equitable relief including injunctive relief and the right to grant permanent and interim injunctive relief, and final and interim damages awards. The Arbitrator shall also have the discretion to award costs, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, reasonable expert's fees and expenses, reasonable witnesses' fees and expenses pre-award and post-award interest and costs of the arbitration.
13. The Claw Icon and all Monster Energy® trademarks are owned by Monster Energy Company and/or its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies. Other trademarks appearing are the property of their respective owners.
