ROADTRIPS & SIDEWAYS ACTION

Published On:: 02/10/2026

This month, Monster took over Ireland for a week packed with action and culture alongside some legendary people.

At Cannonball, Monster athlete and three-time Speedway World Champion Tai Woffinden made his debut behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracán Evo.

Taking in some of Ireland’s most iconic locations, Tai joined hundreds of supercar enthusiasts on the road while Monster trucks kept fans fuelled.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure experiencing my first Cannonball. It truly is an amazing event and it’s great to get out there in the car and hang out with some cool people.

It’s not my first time driving one of these cars but you never get used to it. They definitely move and it’s always nice to drive any sort of supercar.”

We rounded things off with the second edition of TanoshiDori alongside our friends at Juicebox. Meaning ‘fun drift’ in Japanese, TanoshiDori is a grassroots, style-focused drift event created by the Juicebox crew to celebrate the best builds and drivers in the game.

Featuring a hand-picked driver line-up, the event draws inspiration from the spirit of 1980s and 1990s Japanese drift culture. Alongside team and tandem drifting competitions, TanoshiDori delivers a relaxed, community-driven atmosphere that puts style, creativity and passion at the heart of the action.

“There’s a huge gap in the market in Ireland for this sort of thing. So many people have got behind it, and it just seems to be organically growing and getting better.

We want to bring people from all over to experience a very honest, genuine for the culture, grassroots, stylish drift event”

One week of culture, cars and chaos. Ireland delivered.
