Monster Energy India Private Limited (“Monster Energy”) is not the promoter of the “Win a Chance to Hang out with Rossi and Lando” (the “Promotion”).

THIS IS A LUCKY DRAW SCHEME. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WINNING IS BASED ON A LUCKY DRAW. THIS PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN GENERAL TRADE & SELECT LOCAL KEY ACCOUNT STORES ACROSS INDIA. THE ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. ALL CENTRAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL ASPECTS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.  AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU TO THE PROMOTER AND MONSTER ENERGY (BOTH DEFINED ABOVE) AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

Entry Period – 15^th March 2026 – 15^th May 2026  (the “Entry Period”). 

The Entry Period may be further amended and revised by the Promoter in its sole discretion by amendment to these terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”) published on Monster Energy’s website at www.monsterenergy.com/enin/promotions/RossiLando (the “Website”), which may or may not be reflected anywhere else. Therefore, to ensure that you are complying with the latest Official Rules, please refer to the updated and current Official Rules published on Monster Energy’s website (www.monsterenergy.com/enin/promotions/RossiLando) from time to time; the Promoter owes no obligation to advertise any amendment to the Official Rules by any other means.

Who can enter? - Entry is only open to Indian citizens, residing in India, except residents of Tamil Nadu, who are aged eighteen (18) years or over, excluding: 

(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter or Monster Energy or its related bodies corporate, the participating stores and other agencies, promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of Prizes); 

(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) above (and those living in the same household, whether or not related) and their respective affiliated companies or other entities;

(c) persons who have won a grand prize/first prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than ₹25,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only, including GST) in any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the commencement of the Entry Period; 

(d) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and 

(e) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter. 

For the avoidance of doubt, this lucky draw / Promotion is not open to non-resident Indians, Overseas Citizens of India and Persons of Indian Origin. The persons referred to in paragraph (b) above include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from the Promotion at any time on the grounds of being the subject of criminal investigation or due to misconduct or criminal record or conviction of any crime.

To Enter: 

• Purchase any Monster Energy® 350 ml can during the Entry Period and save the original physical purchase receipt (where applicable) or take a photo of the Monster Energy® can open in-hand, for verification at a later date; and
• Complete the official online entry form including the response to the question) during a day of the Entry Period, and you will be entered into the Promotion’s lucky draw. This can be done through any of the following 2 methods:

1. QR Code Method.  A QR code will be featured on in-store point of sale (“POS”) materials in all participating retail locations. Scan the QR code which will direct you to the URL: www.monsterenergy.com/enin/promotions/RossiLando. Answer a simple question and upload a photo of the purchase receipt or open can in-hand image, and complete the official online entry form during any day of the Entry Period.

Manner of selecting/shortlisting the winners: Promoter shall not be held liable to explain the procedure and process by which the winners have been chosen and Promoter reserves the right to keep such procedure and process confidential in all means and measures.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen? – There will be Five (5) Grand Prize winners, and One Hundred Fifty (150) Second Prize winners determined via a system generated random drawing, from all entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and made during the Entry Period (“Eligible Entries”). The Grand Prize winners and Second Prize winners will be drawn after the expiry of the Entry Period and will be declared on the Website (www.monsterenergy.com/enin/promotions/RossiLando) in accordance with these Official Rules. 

Only valid entries drawn from the entries received during the Entry Period will be eligible to win a Grand Prize or Second Prize (each individually, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) mentioned below. 

The Promoter may choose additional reserve entries and record them in order in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a Prize is unclaimed (“Reserve Entrants”) or choose to not declare winners from one of the Reserve Entrants. 

All judging decisions are as determined by the Promoter, in their absolute discretion. 

Grand Prize:  Five (5) lucky winners – Win a Chance to Hang out with Rossi and Lando experience in United Kingdom

• Five (5) winners will be selected after the expiry of the Entry Period (in accordance with these Official Rules) through system generated random draws from all Eligible Entries received.  The winners will be announced on 20^th May 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received within the Entry Period.  The trip is scheduled to take place between 9^th July 2026 – 12^th July 2026, but is subject to change at the Promoter’s or Monster Energy’s absolute discretion. 

Each Grand Prize comprises of the following:

1. Round-trip economy class airfare for the Grand Prize winner to and from United Kingdom and an international airport in India closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (international flight only). Airport locations, dates and times of flights shall be determined by the Promoter and/or Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability. Grand Prize winner will be required to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from their place of residence and the international airport in India selected by the Promoter and/or Monster Energy;
2. Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (twin room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by the Promoter and/or Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability;
3. Local transportation in United Kingdom only (limited to pickup to/from airport, hotel, and event venue at times determined by Monster Energy and/or the Promoter in its discretion);
4. One (1) ticket to a Monster sponsored event as selected by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion;
5. Meet and greet with Valentino Rossi and Lando Norris, subject to athletes’ availability;
6. Monster Energy® merchandise as selected by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion; and
7. Applicable Visa fees.

Grand Prize winners must have a valid passport (with details acceptable for travel to the United Kingdom in accordance with applicable rules and regulations in the United Kingdom), with a minimum 6-month validity from the duration of the trip and will be required to present all required documentation needed for a UK Visa application and/or any other documentation required by law, to Monster Energy and/or the Promoter in connection with the Grand Prize. 

The entrant acknowledges that the ongoing geopolitical situation in the Middle East may affect international travel and any element of the Grand Prize. Neither the Promoter nor Monster Energy shall be liable for any disruption to the Grand Prize arising from such geopolitical situation, and the Promoter reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any element of the Grand Prize if the geopolitical situation renders fulfilment impracticable or inadvisable. The Promoter and/or Monster Energy may, but is not obligated to, offer an alternative prize in its absolute discretion. By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts all risks associated with international travel and waives any claims against the Promoter or Monster Energy for losses arising therefrom. This waiver is in addition to, and does not limit or supersede, the general force majeure provisions and liability releases set forth elsewhere in these Official Rules.

For the avoidance of doubt, the particulars of the Grand Prize elements listed above (including but not limited to the times, dates and locations) shall be determined by the Promoter and/or Monster Energy in their complete discretion, and subject to availability. Furthermore, all other costs associated with the Grand Prize, including without limitation, tax, valid health insurance for travel, transportation, equipment, sustenance, any entertainment and anything related to the Grand Prize not specifically included and outlined in the definition of the Grand Prize above will be borne solely by the winners. Accommodation is on a room only basis and Grand Prize winners will be responsible for any and all additional room charges and/or all food and beverage charges consumed at the hotel and elsewhere during the trip, unless specifically stated.  

The Grand Prize is not transferable and no payments, in cash or kind, shall be made to any winner in addition to or in lieu of the Grand Prize awarded. The Promoter and Monster Energy will not be liable (and will not be obligated to provide the Grand Prize or anything in lieu thereof) if a Grand Prize winner is not able to travel or claim the Grand Prize (including due to any passport control, immigration or visa matters or any other requirements for international travel).

Entrants acknowledge and agree that the date of fulfilment of the Grand Prizes will be (and may vary) subject to National, State and International travel restrictions and/or other restrictions, including COVID. The exact date of delivery of the Grand Prize may therefore vary and will be informed to the relevant winners by the Promoter or Monster Energy.

Second Prize: One Hundred Fifty (150) lucky winners - Win Monster Energy® Merchandise (Monster Cinch Bag, Tshirt, Sipper). 

• One Hundred Fifty (150) winners will be selected after the expiry of the Entry Period (in accordance with these Official Rules) through system generated random draws from all Eligible Entries received.  The winners will be announced on 20^th May 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received within the Entry Period.

The Second Prize is not transferable and no payments, in cash or kind, shall be made to any winner in addition to or in lieu of the Second Prize awarded. The Promoter and Monster Energy will not be liable (and will not be obligated to provide the Second Prize or anything in lieu thereof) if a Second Prize winner is not able to claim the Second Prize. 

The value of the  Grand Prize would be a maximum of ₹364,034 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Four only) per winner.

The value of the Second Prize would be a maximum of ₹2,400 (Indian Rupees Eleven Thousand One Hundred and Four only ) per winner. 

There will be five (5) Grand Prize winners and one hundred fifty (150) Second Prize winners drawn as per the draw dates below. Non-winning Eligible Entries shall not carry over to any later prize draw. 

The dates for announcing the winners are: 

• Wednesday, 20^th May 2026 – Five (5) x Grand Prize winners drawn (1 x Win a Chance to Hangout with Rossi and Lando in United Kingdom)
• Wednesday 20^th May 2026  – One Hundred Fifty (150) x Second Prize winners drawn (1 x Win Monster Energy® Merchandise (cinch bag, t-shirt, and Sipper)

Limits on Entries: Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day during the Entry Period. 

Limit of Prizes Per Person: A person cannot win more than one (1) Prize. If an eligible entrant is selected as a winner, such entrant will not be eligible to win any other draw(s) in the Promotion. 

Total Prize pool - The total Prize pool is ₹2,180,170 (Indian Rupees Two Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand One Hundred Seventy Rupees).

How and when will the winner/s be informed? - The Grand Prize winners and Second Prize winners will be announced by 20^th May 2026 on the Website. The winners will be notified via email and via calls. Potential winners must provide a hard copy of the winning purchase receipt or can in-hand image of the purchased Monster Energy® 350 ml product. 

Winner Verification:  Before being declared a Grand Prize winner and receiving the prize, each potential winner will be required to: 

1. prove eligibility, including without limitation, proof of age, residence, identity, which may include but is not limited to, a copy of proof of residence, passport and/or similar government issued identification; and
2. sign waiver(s) prepared by the Promoter and/or Monster Energy, in its complete discretion, specific to the Grand Prize confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the waiver. Copies of the applicable confirmation and waiver can be obtained upon request to the Promoter. 

Failure to provide Monster Energy and/or the Promoter with this information within the reasonable timeframe set by Monster Energy or the Promoter may result in a winner’s forfeiture of their prize and the prize re-drawn.

Without limiting the foregoing, each potential winner may also be required to complete, sign, and return documentation required by the Promoter and/or Monster Energy, including a notarized affidavit of eligibility.

Unclaimed Prize/s Prize claim date – 11.59pm (IST) by on 30^th May 2026

If a Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed Prize determination at the date, time and place stated via email. 

Entrants acknowledge and agree that the date of fulfilment of the Second Prizes will be (and may vary) subject to National and state restrictions. The exact date of delivery of the Second Prizes may therefore vary and will be informed to the relevant winners by the Promoter.

Collection and use of your personal information - If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You agree and explicitly consent to the Promoter and/or Monster Energy using your name, photograph(s), likeness, biographical information and any video footage related to any promotional or advertising activity, in all media. 

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors for itself and for Monster Energy. The Promoterwill use your personal information to conduct the Promotion, as stated in the Privacy Policy, (link shared below). The Promoter may disclose or transfer your personal information to its affiliate companies, agents, contractors and Monster Energy to assist in conducting this Promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside India. By entering, you hereby agree and explicitly consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. By entering, you explicitly consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility. The Privacy Policy governing the collection and use of your personal information (see https://kitesims.com/Privacy-Policy.html)   includes information about: 

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and 

(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoterwill deal with such a complaint 

Terms and Conditions 

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined above. Information about the Prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. 

Entry 

2. Your entry must be received during the Entry Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. 

3. The Promoter may copy and amend your entry and may use (or allow others to use) your entry and any rights in relation to your entry, to publicise this Promotion or for any other purpose. These rights are perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, irrevocable, and transferable. For example, the Promoter may publish all or any part of your entry or any amended version of it. The Promoter may also decide not to publish an entry, to cease publication of an entry, or to publish an edited entry. 

4. You warrant that your entry does not breach any third-party rights (for example, intellectual property rights) and its use by the Promoter or any other person will not breach such rights nor otherwise breach any law (for example, it is not defamatory, in contempt of court or in breach of any privacy law). Your entry must not be obscene, offensive, malicious, discriminatory, indecent or (in the Promoter's opinion) otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (for example, it must not include nudity or language the Promoter deems offensive). 

5. Entries that are, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the Promotion at Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified.  Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified.

Prizes 

6. The Promoter and Monster Energy reserve the sole right to select the hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winners, and in the event of a change in venue or accommodations, any difference in value cannot be claimed by a Grand Prize winner. Specific travel arrangements and all Grand Prize details not specified herein will be made and determined in the Promoter’s and/or Monster Energy’s sole discretion. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport.  It is the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility to comply with all travel requirements and documentation, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including hard copies of passport-size photographs) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter and Monster Energy are not liable for any missed Grand Prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations/delays and/or ground transportation delays. Grand Prize winners may be required to provide a credit card at time of accommodation check-in to cover incidentals. 

7. Prizes and all elements of each Prize must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter and Monster Energy will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter. The components of the Grand Prize cannot be divided and/or distributed to other or multiple persons.

8. This Promotion entails the price of the Grand Prize (Win a Chance to Hangout with Rossi and Lando) for each Grand Prize winner and the price of the Second Prize (Monster Energy® Merchandise) for each Second Prize winner only as expressly set out in these Official Rules. 

9. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter and/or Monster Energy has neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize, including any express warranties provided by any Prize supplier that are sent along with a Prize.  Any Prize pictured in online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other Promotion or Prize materials are for illustrative purposes only.

10. The Prizes are not transferable and no payments, in cash or kind, shall be made to any winner in addition to or in lieu of a Prize. The Promoter and Monster Energy are not liable (and will not be obligated to provide the Prize or anything in lieu thereof) if the winner is unable to claim a Prize for any reason and the Promoter may, in its discretion, draw an alternate winner from the valid entries.

General 

11. If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights. 

12. You must not:

 (a) tamper with the entry process;

 (b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;

 (c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

 (d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter, Monster Energy, or any of their related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion; and 

 (e) breach any law; or behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

13. The Promoter is not liable for entries, Prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, false, incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant. 

14. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final. You acknowledge that this Promotion is being run and administered by the Promoter and Monster Energy does not have any obligations or liability to you.

15. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all Prizes (and elements of Prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The Prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter and Monster Energy are not responsible for any change in Prize value. You agree that if a Prize (or element of a Prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value. 

16. The Promoter and Monster Energy are not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place, or if any Prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter and Monster Energy. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which, in Promoter’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any part of the Promotion. If the Promotion or any part of the Promotion is terminated or modified prior to the close of the Entry Period, notice will be posted on [www.monsterenergy.com/enin/promotions/RossiLando] and the Prizes will be awarded to potential Winners to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted Eligible Entries received prior to any such event outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter.  The Promoter reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes.

17. The Promoter and Monster Energy will not be responsible or liable for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. The Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Promotion should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation of the Promotion, the Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from Eligible Entries received prior to cancellation.

Liability release and indemnity

18. By entering the Promotion and subject to the previous paragraph, the entrant agrees that the Promoter and Monster Energy and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, retailers, distributors and representatives shall not be responsible or liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law) for, and shall be indemnified, released and will be held harmless by entrant from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries or losses of any kind to person(s), including death, or or property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize. 

Each Prize (and its components) is offered and provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by Promoter or Monster Energy, either express or implied, concerning the quality, suitability or comfort.  Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on the Prizes (if any) are subject to the service providers’ terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such service provider(s) for any such warranty and/or guarantee.  By participating in the Promotion, each winner acknowledges that Promoter and Monster Energy have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prizes.

19. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and Monster Energy and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of a Prize, or for any damage that occurs to displayed Prize(s) (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, Prizes will only be delivered to addresses in India. 

20. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability. 

Intellectual Property:

21. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s) (except for such rights belonging to Monster Energy) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with Promoter at all times.

22. All material submitted in connection with the lucky draw / Promotion (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of participants are assigned to the Promoter perpetually and throughout the world upon submission and become the property of the Promoter exclusively. The Promoter may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of the Promoter.

Dispute Resolution

23. Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Official Rules shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator in accordance with, and subject to, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 then in effect. The place of the arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.  The proceedings of arbitration shall be in the English language. The substantive law governing the dispute shall be the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrators shall have the authority to assess the costs and the expenses of the arbitration proceeding (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against the non-prevailing party. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties subject to applicable law in force and the award shall be enforceable in any competent court of law.

24. This Promotion is subject to any force majeure circumstances i.e. any event directly or indirectly resulting from any acts of God including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, an act of any sovereign including but not limited to war, rebellion, military or usurped power or confiscation, destruction or damage to property, riots, terrorist attacks, lockdowns, and lockouts by or under the order of any government or imposition of government law, judgment, order or decree, sanction, embargo or similar action, blockade, or labour dispute, epidemic, pandemics, accidents, strikes, explosions, or other similar or different contingencies which are beyond the control of the Promoter which cannot reasonably be forecasted or provided against, and cannot be predicted by men of ordinary prudence. In case of any such force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner can be attributed to the Promoter or Monster Energy.
