Hailing from New Zealand, Lachlan ‘Lachie’ Stevens-McNab only operates at one setting – and that’s full speed ahead! Watch the upstart charge down the world’s most treacherous downhill mountain bike racetracks with supernatural pace and precision.
What’s more, young Lachie already boasts a reputation for finding the most unlikely lines on the track and boosting airs that save precious milliseconds. The secret? Lachie was raised on a steady diet of BMX racing at the highest level, so he’s hard-wired to pull the right moves without even thinking.
His rise to the top was just like his riding: insanely fast. Lachlan advanced from earning the Wyn Privateer award in 2021 into the pro ranks as a podium contender at international World Cup events. Asked about joining Team Monster Energy, Lachie said: “It’s never going to get old seeing that logo on the side of my helmet, especially when it’s shared with so many heroes I’ve looked up to over the years.”
Keep an eye on this rising star as he keeps storming podiums and carving out his own legacy with unique style.
