Who is running the Promotion?

The Promoter of this Promotion is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited, The Oasis, 19 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland (“CCEP”) (Promoter). 

Monster Energy AU Pty Ltd. is not the promoter of the Promotion.  The Promotion is administered on behalf of the Promotor by Farrimond Limited, located at 7 Abbey St, Auckland City, Auckland (“Administrator”). The Monster Energy brand names, logos and/or materials are used for the purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Monster Energy AU Pty Ltd’s sponsorship of this Promotion. The Promotion is being conducted within selected stores in New Zealand. Information regarding participating stores, prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering this prize draw you accept these terms and conditions.

When will the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion starts at 12.00 (NZST) on 01 January 2026 and ends at 23.59 (NZST) on 30 March 2026 (the Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years and over excluding:

(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the Participating Stores and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);

(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child, or sibling of a people referred to in paragraph (a) above;

(c) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and

(d) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request proof of your eligibility in the event that there is doubt over your eligibility to enter the Promotion.

The persons referred to in paragraph (b) above include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter has absolute discretion to determine whether a person is an eligible entrant.

Where will the Promotion run?

The Promotion will only be valid in stores as identified by the display of in-store promotional material for this Promotion (Participating Stores). A list of stores can be found on https://www.monsterenergy.com/en-nz/promotions/gold-coast-racing-experience/. Purchases made from stores not participating in the Promotion will not be valid. 

Do I need to buy anything for a chance to win?

Yes. During the Promotion Period, buy, in one transaction, two (2) Monster Energy® 500ml products (all variants, excluding online and vending machine purchases) from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) and retain your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify the Participating Store of purchase, the product/s purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period and before you submitted your entry).

Entry Instructions

At the time of making a Qualifying Purchase, you will receive an entry card with a unique code from the Participating Store cashier. 

To enter, scan the QR code on the card or visit https://www.monsterenergy.com/en-nz/promotions/gold-coast-racing-experience/. Data charges may apply when using a mobile phone to access the website. All entrants will be required to enter their unique code online and fill in all mandatory fields to go in the draw for a chance to win. 

Each unique code is worth one entry. You can only enter each unique code once. 

Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own data and text charges associated with entering.

How many times can I enter?

You are allowed to enter the Promotion multiple times, with a maximum of 1 entry per day. There is a limit of one entry per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Although the number of entries that can be submitted per person is not limited, a person may only win one Prize.  If an entrant is drawn as a Prize Winner for a second time – whether at the same or at a different Participating Store – that Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant (see “How many Prize Winners will there be and how will they be chosen?”)

What can I win?

There are 1 (one) prize, which both are a trip to Gold Coast, Australia (AU) for the winner and 1 (one) adult companion (both over the age of 18 and NZ Residents), with an estimated value of at up to $17,220NZD (Prize) which comprises of the following:

• 1 (one) Supercars Gold Coast Flyaway experience for you and a friend; (includes 3 (three) day corporate tickets), valued at NZ$3,190 per person.
• 4 (four) nights' twin share accommodation in a Gold Coast hotel (as determined by the Promoter), valued up to $2,420NZD.
• Return economy flights (including baggage and airfare taxes) from Auckland International Airport to Gold Coast International Airport, Australia (AU), valued up to $2,500NZD.
• $500NZD International VISA debit card or equivalent for transfers and incidental spending requirements for the winner only (1 card).

The prize must be taken on dates to be determined by the Promoter in October 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, any travel provided by the Promoter requires that the winner and their companion make their own way to Auckland International Airport at their own expense.

The total Prize pool is valued at up to $17,220NZD, based on an estimated value.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

How many Prizes will there be to win and how will the Prize Winners be chosen? 

There will be a total of 1 (one) Prize available to be won across all Participating stores.

All prize winners will be drawn at the end of the Promotion.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be automatically go into the draw to win. The Prize draw will take place on 31 March 2026, 12pm at Farrimond 7 Abbey Street. The first valid entry drawn from the pool of entries received during the Promotion Period, will win the Prize (as defined below).

Farrimond may draw additional entries and record them in the order in which they are drawn, in case any drawn entry/entrant is deemed invalid (Reserve Entrants).

How and when will the Prize Winners be informed?

Prize Winners will be notified via the e-mail address or mobile number supplied on the drawn entry form within 2 working days of the Prize draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, their Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.

If I win, when and how must I claim my Prize?

You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. If you don't produce the proof of purchase for the winning entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify the relevant entry, and you will lose any right to the Prize. If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any receipt(s) with another person, your entries will be invalid, and you will lose any right to a Prize.

To claim the Prize, you must provide any relevant details (such as and not limited to age, I.D., name and address, proof of purchase,) required to comply with any eligibility requirements within ten (10) working days of being notified as a Prize Winner.

What if I don't claim my Prize on time?

If a Prize Winner does not get in touch with the Promoter within ten (10) working days of being notified as a Prize Winner, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the Prize to a Reserve Entrant/s and/or by carrying out an unclaimed prize draw on 23^rd  April 2026 at the same location as the original draw, to distribute the Prize.

If a Prize Winner does not respond to the Promoter in ten (10) working days after initial contact, the relevant Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant. 

Prize has not been accepted or claimed by 5pm (NZDT) 23^rd April 2026 or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a Prize Winner (or a Prize Winner does not contact the Promoter) by this time and date, 

Any such new winner will be informed by phone within two working days of determination.
