Pedal to the metal! American downhill mountain bike racer Luca Shaw has been chasing high-speed thrills since an early age. Introduced to BMX racing at age 4 by his dad and older brother, he's been pushing the limits in MTB racing since he turned 13. When he's not chewing up dirt trails at U.S. Open and World Cup races, he likes to dabble in motocross and test new custom mountain bikes in his native stomping grounds, the North Carolina mountains. And it shows! Where others see disconnected trails, bumps, rocks, and corners, Luca sees the fastest line to the finish.
