The next generation has arrived! Hailing from Richards, Missouri, Austin Forkner was born with a drive to go fast. Like, real fast! Raised by a MX racing father and horseback racing mother, Forkner started racing motocross at the young age of age 5. In his first year of racing, he claimed a title on the Show-Me Fall Series and had found his calling. Nicknamed 'Farm Boy' for his rural upbringing, Forkner proceeded to dominate the amateur circuit in the 250 Class: He claimed every major amateur championship, including six Loretta Lynn National Championship titles and finished his amateur career with high-profile wins at Daytona and Freestone. In 2016, he levelled up to the pro ranks on the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team and celebrated his rookie debut with the viral video hit ‘Forkner Style’ (+400K views and counting). Mentored by five-time Monster Energy Supercross Champion Ricky Carmichael, he soon found his groove in the big leagues and transformed from rookie to podium threat. Forkner finished his Monster Energy AMA Supercross seasons in 3rd place in 2019 (East) and 2020 (West). Then his 2021 season ended suddenly with collarbone fracture in January, but he refuses to be slowed down: “Yes the past can hurt, but u can either run from it or learn,” he told his followers on Twitter. Fully recovered, he made his return to racing in May 2021 and released the high-speed ‘Forkner Style 2’ video to put the rest of the field on notice. Watch closely what happens next, because this kid is the future!
