Who is running the Promotion?

The Promoter of this Promotion is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited, The Oasis, 19 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland (“CCEP”) (Promoter). 

Monster Energy AU Pty Ltd. is not the promoter of the Promotion. The Promotion is administered on behalf of the Promoter by Farrimond Limited, located at 7 Abbey St, Auckland City, Auckland (“Administrator”). The Monster Energy brand names, logos and/or materials are used for the purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Monster Energy AU Pty Ltd’s sponsorship of this Promotion. 

The Promotion is being conducted within selected stores in New Zealand. Information regarding participating stores, prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering this prize draw you accept these terms and conditions.

When will the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion starts at 12.00 (NZST) on 30^th March 2026 and ends at 23.59 (NZST) on 5^th July 2026 (the Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years or above who:

(a) hold a current and valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity at date of travel for the Prize; and 

(b) can take the Prize and travel between 30/11/2026 to 09/12/2026 (inclusive) 

Entry is not open to the following persons:

(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the Participating Stores and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);

(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child, or sibling of a people referred to in paragraph (a) above;

(c) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and

(d) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request proof of your eligibility in the event that there is doubt over your eligibility to enter the Promotion.

The persons referred to in paragraph (b) above include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter has absolute discretion to determine whether a person is an eligible entrant.

Where will the Promotion run?

The Promotion will only be valid in stores as identified by the display of in-store promotional material for this Promotion (Participating Stores). Purchases made from stores not participating in the Promotion will not be valid. 

Do I need to buy anything for a chance to win?

Yes. During the Promotion Period, buy, in one transaction, any two (2) 500ml Monster Energy® products (all variants, excluding online and vending machine purchases) from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) and retain your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify the Participating Store of purchase, the product/s purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period and before you submitted your entry).

Entry Instructions

At the time of making a Qualifying Purchase, ask for an entry card with a unique code from the Participating Store cashier while stocks last. 

To enter, scan the QR code on the card or visit  www.monsterenergy.com/2026McLarenAbuDhabiNZ. All entrants will be required to enter their unique code online and fill in all mandatory fields to go in the draw for a chance to win. 

Each unique code is worth one entry. You can only enter each unique code once. 

Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. Data charges may apply when using a mobile phone to access the website. You are responsible for your own data and text charges associated with entering.

How many times can I enter?

You are allowed to enter the Promotion multiple times, with a maximum of 1 entry per day. There is a limit of one entry per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

What can I win?

There is 1 Prize to be won.

The Prize is a trip package to McLaren F1 Team Experience in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for the Prize winner (Winner)and 1 adult companion (NZ resident, 18+), valued at up to NZD$20,662  and includes the following : 

• 2 (two) Return economy flights from Auckland International Airport to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• All airline and airport taxes.
• Private return transfers from Abu Dhabi airport to the accommodation.
• 6 (six) nights’ accommodation (4 star) twin share (or similar) (as determined by the Promoter) from 01/12/2026 to 07/12/2026 inclusive;
• A McLaren F1 Team Experience involving a meet and greet with one of the McLaren F1 Team members, subject to their availability (as determined by the Promoter);
• 1 x NZD$1,000 VISA International debit card (for the Prize Winner only) or equivalent to cover any additional transfers and incidental spending requirements. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa debit card are not included. Redemption of the Visa debit card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the Visa debit card.
  
  

For the avoidance of doubt:

• The Prize Winner and their companion must make their own way to and from Auckland International Airport at their own expense;   
• The Prize must be taken on the dates specified by the Promoter and as notified to the Winner with reasonable notice or the Prize will be forfeited and will be dealt with in accordance with the  conditions under the section “How many Prizes will there be to win and how will the Prize Winners be chosen?” ” below. 
• The Prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
• Travel insurance is not included and is the full responsibility of the Winner. 

Additional transfers (including transfer from the hotel to the race venue) other than those specified and any ground operator handling fees are not included in the Prize. Selection of airline, departure times and accommodation venue is at the Promoter’s discretion at the time of booking.  Airline travel, airport transfers and accommodation are subject to the relevant supplier’s standard terms and conditions and the Promoter will not be liable for any act or omission of any third party providing those services.

The Winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, drinks, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), car hireage, hotel incidentals and in room charges, service charges, gratuities and additional taxes. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other travel and Prize related expenses become the responsibility of the Winner and their companion.

Any costs for changes made by the Winner to the Prize after it has been booked must be paid by the Winner. The Winner will be required to present a valid credit card when checking in to the accommodation.

Prior to being awarded the Prize, the Winner and companion will be required to:

a. show proof of their identity, age (18+); and 

b. to the fullest extent permitted by law, sign a “Participation Agreement” in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions relating to the Prize and releasing the Promoter, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from all liability in connection with this Promotion. 

If the Participation Agreements are not signed by the Winner and their companion and returned to the Promoter within 5 (five) business days of receiving the Participation Agreement documents, the Prize will be forfeited and redrawn.  The Winner will be given a reasonable opportunity to review and consider the Participation Agreements before signing.

The Winner and their Companion takes the Prize entirely at their own risk and will be responsible for complying with all laws and requirements relating to the use of the Prize. Any failure by a Winner and their companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the Prize supplier(s) may result in the Prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability to the Promoter or the Prize supplier(s). 

If a Winner and/or their companion are unable to take the Prize, due to any illness or personal circumstances beyond the Winner’s or their companion’s control, the Winner must immediately notify the Promoter. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, allow the Winner to nominate another person or persons to whom the Prize can be transferred, and the Promoter will use all reasonable endeavors to transfer the Prize accordingly. Any costs associated with the transfer of the Prize in accordance with this clause will be the responsibility of the Winner and their companion.  The Promoter will not be liable if any part of the Prize is unable to be transferred to the person nominated by the Winner. 

If any Prize item is unavailable, despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value. 

If, in relation to any aspect of the Prize, the Winner (or the   companion), in the opinion of the Promoter, is intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or offensively, or behaves in a manner which (a) may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, (b) is contrary to law or (c) is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel or restrict the winner (or the companion) from participating in any elements of the Prize, at its reasonable discretion.   

It is the responsibility of the Winner and their companion to ensure that they have full and correct travel documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, vaccination passes and required driver’s licences, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities in New Zealand and at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred because of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their companion. 

It is the responsibility of the Winner and his/her companion to meet any health and safety requirements applicable to the Prize.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash. 

The selection results are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. accepting or participating in the major prize, you and your companion accept these Terms and Conditions.

How many Prizes will there be to win and how will the Prize Winners be chosen? 

There will be 1 Winner determined in respect of this Promotion.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Prize draw. The Prize draw will take place at Farrimond, 7 Abbey Street, Auckland CBD 1010 Auckland on 12:00pm Friday 10th July 2026.

The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Promotion Period will win the Prize. 

The Promoter may arrange to draw additional reserve entries from the remaining entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a Prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

How and when will the Prize Winners be informed?

Prize Winners will be notified via the e-mail address or mobile number supplied on the drawn entry within 2 working days of the Prize draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, their Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.

If I win, when and how must I claim my Prize?

You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. If you don't produce the proof of purchase for the winning entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify the relevant entry, and you will lose any right to the Prize. If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any receipt(s) with another person, your entries will be invalid, and you will lose any right to a Prize.

To claim the Prize, you must provide any relevant details (such as and not limited to age, I.D., name and address, proof of purchase,) required to comply with any eligibility requirements within ten (10) working days of being notified as a Prize Winner.

What if I don't claim my Prize on time?

If a Prize Winner does not get in touch with the Promoter within ten (10) working days of being notified as a Prize Winner, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the Prize to a Reserve Entrant/s and/or by carrying out an unclaimed prize draw on 24th July 2026 at the same location as the original draw, to distribute the Prize.

If a Prize Winner does not respond to the Promoter in ten (10) working days after initial contact, the relevant Prize will be awarded to a Reserve Entrant. 

If the Prize has not been accepted or claimed by 5pm (NZDT) 24th July 2026 or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a Prize Winner (or a Prize Winner does not contact the Promoter) by this time and date, the Prize will be forfeited.

Any such new winner will be informed by phone within two working days of determination.
