PODMÍNKY PROPAGAČNÍ AKCE – PLNÁ VERZE
Pečlivě si tyto podmínky (dále jen „Podmínky“) přečtěte. Registrací k účasti na této propagační akci („Akce“) vyjadřujete svůj souhlas s tím, že pro vás tyto Podmínky budou závazné. Také si přečtěte naše zásady ochrany soukromí na www.MonsterEnergy.com, které popisují, jakým způsobem budeme používat údaje, které nám poskytnete při registraci k účasti na Akci.
1.    Akci organizuje a provozuje společnost Monster Energy Europe Limited se sídlem na adrese Monster House, 7 Cowley Business Park, Frayswater Place, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 2AD, Spojené království (dále jen „Monster Energy“).
2.    Akce se mohou zúčastnit všechny osoby starší osmnácti (18) let s bydlištěm v České republice nebo na Slovensku. Účast na Akci není dovolena zaměstnancům ani rodinným příslušníkům zaměstnanců Monster Energy, jejích přidružených společností, subdodavatelů, zástupců a právních nástupců nebo komukoliv jinému, kdo jsou s touto Akcí jakkoli profesně spjat. 
3.    Akce probíhá prostřednictvím webových stránek na www.monsterenergy.com („Webové stránky“) a je propagována propagačními materiály ve vybraných účastnících se maloobchodních místech v České republice a na Slovensku („Maloobchodník“).
4.    Registrací k účasti na Akci v souladu s těmito Podmínkami každý účastník akce (dále jen „vy“, „váš“, „účastník“) souhlasí, že bude vázán těmito Podmínkami a rozhodnutím(i) Monster Energy, jejíž rozhodnutí budou konečná, o všech záležitostech týkajících se Akce.  Monster Energy se nebude pouštět do žádné další korespondence.
5.    Veškeré časové údaje a data uvedená v těchto podmínkách jsou časové údaje a data v České republice nebo na Slovensku. V případě jakéhokoli sporu ve věci času či data nějaké odeslané registrace bude rozhodnutí Monster Energy konečné.
6.    K přihlášení do této Akce není potřeba koupě žádného výrobku.

Registrace

7.    Akce začíná v 00:01 dne 01.01.2026 („Datum zahájení“) a končí ve 23:59 dne 28.02.2026 („Datum ukončení“).  
8.    Účastníci se mohou Akce zúčastnit tak, že: 
a.    budou jednat v souladu s těmito Podmínkami; a
b.    odešlou údaje o sobě (a to celé jméno, adresu bydliště, datum narození, telefonní číslo a emailovou adresu) podle pokynů na Webových stránkách.
Cena a podmínky
9.    Každý účastník, který platně odešle svou registraci, jak je popsáno výše (každá bude „Platnou registrací“), bude zařazen do losování o ceny uskutečněného do tří (3) dnů od Data ukončení („Losování“). První Platná registrace náhodně vybrané v Losování („Výherce hlavní ceny“) vyhraje výlet pro dvě (2) osoby na šest (6) nocí do Abu Dhabi ve Spojených arabských emirátech mezi 01.12.2026 a 07.12.2026 („Výlet“) sestávající z následujícího („Hlavní cena“) (přesná data a místa určí Monster Energy zcela podle svého uvážení):
9.1.    jedno (1) seznámení/setkání s Monster Energy x McLaren Mastercard;
9.2.    jeden (1) zážitek s týmem Monster Energy x McLaren Mastercard Formula 1;
9.3.    pobyt na šest (6) nocí pro dvě (2) osoby ve dvojlůžkovém pokoji s oddělenými postelemi v ubytování s nejméně třemi (3) hvězdičkami, které zcela podle svého uvážení vybere Monster Energy, podle dostupnosti („Hotel“);
9.4.    zpáteční letenky v ekonomické třídě pro dvě (2) osoby z letiště v České republice nebo na Slovensku na letiště ve Spojených arabských emirátech, které vybere Monster Energy („Cílové letiště“), přičemž letiště, data a časy letů určí Monster Energy zcela podle svého uvážení; a
9.5.    zpáteční transfery v turistické třídě pro dvě (2) osoby z Cílového letiště do Hotelu, přičemž časy, data a způsob přepravy určí Monster Energy zcela podle svého uvážení, podle dostupnosti.
9.6.    Aby nebylo pochyb, Monster Energy neposkytne zpáteční transfery z domova Výherce hlavní ceny ani z domova Zvolené osoby na vybrané letiště v České nebo Slovenské republice; toto bude odpovědností Výherce hlavní ceny a Zvolené osoby.
10.    Každá z dalších deseti (10) Platných registrací náhodně vybraných Losováním po výběru Výherce hlavní ceny (každý jednotlivě „Výherce druhé ceny“ a dohromady „Výherci druhé ceny“) vyhraje polokošili s brandingem Monster x McLaren Mastercard („Výherci druhé ceny“) (jejich velikost a vzhled určí společnost Monster Energy zcela podle svého uvážení, podle dostupnosti).
11.    Hlavní cena a Druhé ceny budou společně dále označovány jako „Ceny“ a každá jednotlivě jako „Cena“.
12.    Hlavní výherce a Výherci druhé ceny, budou společně dále označováni slovy jako „Výherci“ a každý jednotlivě jako „Výherce“.
13.    Výhod Hlavní ceny může využít pouze Výherce hlavní ceny a jedna (1) osoba, kterou si Výherce hlavní ceny zvolí (dále jen „Zvolená osoba“). Zvolenou osobu musí schválit Monster Energy a musí být starší osmnácti (18) let a mít trvalé bydliště v České nebo Slovenské republice. Aby mohli uplatnit Hlavní cenu, musí být Výherce hlavní ceny a Zvolená osoba držiteli platných cestovních pasů s datem ukončení platnosti nejdříve 30.06.2027.
14.    Než bude prohlášen Výhercem hlavní ceny a obdrží Hlavní Cenu, musí potenciální Výherce hlavní ceny a jeho Zvolená osoba:
a.    prokázat svou způsobilost, zejména prokázat věk, bydliště, totožnost, což lze zejména dokladem o bydlišti, cestovním pasem a/nebo podobným státem vydaným průkazem totožnosti; a
b.    podepsat zřeknutí se odpovědnosti, které připraví Monster Energy zcela podle svého uvážení konkrétně pro Hlavní cenu, potvrzující porozumění, dodržení a přijetí zřeknutí se odpovědnosti. Kopie příslušného potvrzení a právního prohlášení lze získat na vyžádání na [VLOŽTE].
Neposkytnutí těchto informací Monster Energy v přiměřeném čase stanoveném Monster Energy může mít za následek, že Hlavní cena Výherci hlavní ceny propadne a Monster Energy vylosuje v co nejkratší přiměřené lhůtě jinou registraci vyhovující podmínkám.
15.    Aby nebyly pochybnosti, veškeré další náklady s Hlavní cenou spojené, zejména daně, platné zdravotní pojištění na cesty, víza (hodí-li se), doprava, vybavení, obživa, veškeré zábavy a cokoli s Hlavní cenou související, co není jmenovitě zahrnuto a popsáno v definici Hlavní ceny výše, ponese výhradně Výherce hlavní ceny. Ubytování zahrnuje jen samotný pokoj a Výherce hlavní ceny a jeho Zvolená osoba si budou hradit veškeré další poplatky spojené s užíváním pokoje a veškeré stravování a nápoje zkonzumované v Hotelu i jinde. Výherce hlavní ceny tímto souhlasí, že podepíše a dodrží veškeré podmínky stanovené příslušnými poskytovateli výše uvedených služeb.
16.    Je odpovědností Výherce hlavní ceny a jeho Zvolené osoby ověřit si podmínky vstupu do země, do které cestují, a zajistit si veškerá potřebná víza.
17.    Je odpovědností Výherce hlavní ceny poskytnout veškerou požadovanou dokumentaci a všechny další právní předpoklady Hlavní ceny a/nebo dokumentaci vyžadovanou zákonem a/nebo ze strany Monster Energy.

Vyrozumění o Ceně a předání Ceny

18.    Výherci budou vyrozuměni emailem a/nebo telefonicky na emailové adrese a/nebo telefonním čísle, které poskytl při registraci do Akce, do sedmi (7) dnů od Losování („Vyrozumění“). Neúspěšní účastníci vyrozuměni nebudou. 
19.    Podrobnosti předání Cen určí Monster Energy zcela podle svého uvážení. Podrobnosti o předání Cen (včetně času, data a místa předání) budou Výhercům sděleny v Oznámení.
20.    V případě, že Monster Energy nebude schopná úspěšně kontaktovat potenciálního výherce do tří (3) dnů od data Vyrozumění nebo potenciální výherce z jakéhokoli důvodu nebude k dispozici, aby se své Ceny zúčastnil, bude jeho registrace považována za od počátku neplatnou a Monster Energy vybere jinou Platnou registraci v co nejkratší přiměřené době poté v souladu s procesem Losování. 
Obecné podmínky

21.    Počet registrací je omezen na jednu (1) registraci na osobu a žádný z účastníků nesmí odeslat ani pokusit se odeslat více než jednu (1) registraci. Monster Energy si vyhrazuje právo odmítnout účast na Akci jakémukoli jedinci, který odešle nebo se pokusí odeslat více než jednu (1) registraci.
22.    Registrace provedené online pomocí skriptu, makra nebo jakoukoli jinou metodou automatizovaného zadávání dat jsou neplatné. Monster Energy si vyhrazuje právo ověřit platnost registrací a vyloučit všechny registrace, o nichž se domnívá, že byly provedeny jakoukoli metodou automatizovaného zadávání dat.
23.    Aby nebyly pochybnosti, je k účasti na Akci potřeba počítač nebo jiné zařízení připravené k přístupu na internet a přístup na internet. Je odpovědností účastníků, aby disponovali souhlasem vlastníka počítače a osoby, která hradí poplatky poskytovateli internetových služeb. Nelze uplatnit žádný nárok na náhradu výdajů spojených s využitím internetového připojení za účelem účasti na Akci.
24.    Veškeré registrace jsou považovány za provedené v okamžiku vložení údajů do databáze Monster Energy, nikoli v okamžiku odeslání registrace účastníkem do Webové stránky. 
25.    Pokud dojde k jakémukoliv sporu týkajícímu se totožnosti Výherce, bude konečné rozhodnutí Monster Energy.
26.    Odeslání online registračního formuláře ani žádný jiný doklad o odeslání online registračního formuláře nejsou důkazem o tom, že vaše registrace byla přijata. Monster Energy nepřijímá žádnou odpovědnost za registrace, které nebyly nesprávně vyplněny, které se ztratily, jejichž doručení se opozdilo nebo které nebyly z jakýchkoli důvodů doručeny.  
27.    Výhry se poskytují v podobě, jak byly popsány, a jsou nepřenosné, nelze je vyměnit a v případě, že Výherce nebude z jakéhokoli důvodu schopen svou Cenu uplatnit, nebude poskytnuta žádná finanční náhrada. V případě, že se vyskytnou nepředvídané okolnosti, nebo když Monster Energy nebude schopná z důvodu pandemie Covid-19 nebo z jakéhokoli jiného důvodu Cenu dodat, si Monster Energy vyhrazuje právo nahradit Cenu nebo složky ceny a cenou stejné nebo vyšší hodnoty.
28.    Výherci souhlasí, že se budou podílet a zajistí, že se Zvolená osoba bude podílet, na přiměřené publicitě vyplývající z Akce, požádá-li je o to Monster Energy, a Výherci berou na vědomí, že Monster Energy může použít jméno, fotografii a zvukové a/nebo obrazové záznamy jejich a Zvolené osoby v rámci jakékoli publicity spojené s Akcí, jak to popisují zásady ochrany soukromí Monster Energy.
29.    Nedodrží-li Monster Energy tyto podmínky, bude zodpovědná za ztrátu nebo škodu, kterou účastník utrpí, která je předvídatelným důsledkem porušení těchto podmínek ze strany Monster Energy nebo její nedbalosti, ale nebude zodpovědná za ztrátu nebo škodu, která předvídatelná není. Ztráta nebo škoda je předvídatelná, když jsou zjevným důsledkem porušení povinností ze strany Monster Energy nebo když byly uvažovány ze strany účastníka a Monster Energy v okamžiku, kdy se účastník zapojil do Akce. Kromě odpovědnosti Monster Energy za předvídatelné škody a ztráty se Monster Energy a/nebo kterékoli z jejích přidružených společností, zaměstnanců, jednatelů, zástupců, právních nástupců nebo subdodavatelů v největší možné míře povolené příslušnými právními normami zříkají veškeré odpovědnosti.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
30.    Z důvodů, jež Monster Energy nemůže rozumně ovlivnit, mohou nastat události, které znemožní vlastní Akci či udělení Ceny, a v takovém případě si může Monster Energy zcela podle vlastního uvážení změnit či upravit Akci a účastník souhlasí, že v takovém případě nebude Monster Energy přičítána žádná odpovědnost.
31.    Monster Energy si vyhrazuje právo: (a) z důvodů, které nemůže rozumně ovlivnit, změnit formát Akce a/nebo uskutečnit později či odložit Akci či jakoukoli její fázi, aniž by za to nesla odpovědnost vůči Účastníkovi; a/nebo (b) odmítnout registraci jakékoli fyzické osoby k účasti na Akci nebo na budoucích akcích, které Monster Energy uspořádá: (i) domnívá-li se Monster Energy důvodně, že Cena byla vcelku či zčásti převedena na třetí osobu; (ii) byl-li účastník vyloučen z jakékoli soutěže či akce Monster Energy během dvanácti (12) měsíců předcházejících Datu zahájení; (iii) domnívá-li se Monster Energy důvodně, že tato osoba nedodržela tyto Podmínky; a/nebo (iv) v případě, že tato osoba není způsobilá k účasti na Akci (nebo měla-li jí být účast na Akci z jakýchkoli důvodů odmítnuta).
32.    Není-li v těchto Podmínkách výslovně uvedeno jinak, nenese Monster Energy žádnou odpovědnost za žádné náklady či výdaje vzniklé kterémukoliv účastníkovi. Výherci budou odpovědní za úhradu případných daňových povinností vzniklých v souvislosti se svou Cenou.  
33.    Všem účastníkům se doporučuje, aby si ponechali kopii těchto Podmínek pro budoucí potřebu.
34.    Souhlasíte, že stanete-li se Výhercem, může být vaše jméno dáno k dispozici veřejnosti. Jména Výherců jsou k dispozici kontaktováním Monster Energy na www.monsterenergy.com/contact-us do 90 od Data ukončení.   
35.    Akce i tyto Podmínky se řídí zákony Anglie a Walesu, s výhradou kogentních ustanovení místních právních předpisů v oblasti ochrany spotřebitelů, která se ze zákona uplatní ve váš prospěch, a nic z Akce a těchto Podmínek se nedotýká vašich práv jako spotřebitele opírat se o taková kogentní ustanovení místních právních předpisů.
36.    Jakékoli spory (smluvní nebo mimosmluvní) vyplývající z této Akce nebo z těchto Podmínek či s nimi související podléhají nevýlučné pravomoci soudů Anglie a Walesu. Tím však nejsou omezena zákonná práva spotřebitelů podle příslušné legislativy na ochranu spotřebitele.

LONG FORM PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You should also read our privacy policy at www.monsterenergy.com which explains how we will use the data you provide us with when entering the Promotion.
1.    The Promotion is being organised and operated by Monster Energy Europe Limited of Monster House, 7 Cowley Business Park, Frayswater Place, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 2AD, United Kingdom (“Monster Energy”).
2.    The Promotion is open to all persons over eighteen (18) years of age and who are resident in Czech Republic or Slovakia. No employee or family member of an employee of Monster Energy or its affiliated companies, subcontractors, agents or assigns or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion is permitted to enter the Promotion. 
3.    The Promotion is being conducted through the website at www.monsterenergy.com (the “Website”) and promoted through promotional material within selected participating retail locations in Czech Republic and Slovakia (“Retailer”).
4.    By entering the Promotion pursuant to these Terms, each entrant (“you”, “your”, “entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the decision(s) of Monster Energy, whose decision shall be final, in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.  No further correspondence will be entered into by Monster Energy.
5.    All times and dates set out in these Terms refer to the times and dates in Czech Republic or Slovakia. In the event of any dispute over the time or date of any entry submitted, the decision of Monster Energy shall be final.
6.    No purchase of any product is required to enter the Promotion.

Entry

7.    The commencement date of the Promotion is 00:01 on 01.01.2026 (“Commencement Date”) and the closing date for the Promotion is 23:59 on 28.02.2026 (“Closing Date”).  
8.    Entrants may enter the Promotion by: 
a.    acting in accordance with these Terms; and
b.    submitting their details as directed on the Website (being full name, residential address, date of birth, phone number and email address).
Prize & Requirements
9.    Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out above (each a “Valid Entry”) will be entered into the prize draw to be held within three (3) days of the Closing Date (“Draw”). The first Valid Entry randomly selected from the Draw (the “Main Winner”) shall win a trip for two (2) people to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for six (6) nights between 01.12.2026 and 07.12.2026 (“Trip”), to comprise the following (the “Main Prize”) (exact dates and location as determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion):
9.1.    one (1) Monster Energy x McLaren Mastercard  meet and greet;
9.2.    one (1) Monster Energy x McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 experience;
9.3.    a six (6) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of no less than a three (3) star rating hotel to be selected by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability (“Hotel”);
9.4.    return economy flight tickets for two (2) people from an airport in Czech Republic or Slovakia to an airport in the United Arab Emirates, as selected by Monster Energy (“Destination Point”), the airport locations, dates and times of the flights shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion; and
9.5.    return economy transfers for two (2) people from the Destination Point to the Hotel, the times and mode of transport to be determined by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability.
9.6.    For the avoidance of doubt, Monster Energy shall not provide return transfers from the Main Winner’s home and/or Elected Person’s home to the selected airport in Czech Republic or Slovakia; this shall be the responsibility of the Main Winner and their Elected Person.
10.    The next ten (10) Valid Entries randomly selected from the Draw after the selection of the Main Winner (each a “Runner-up” and together the “Runners-up”) shall each win a Monster Energy x McLaren Mastercard branded polo T-shirt (“Runner-up Prize(s)”) (the sizes and designs of which shall be determined by Monster Energy in its sole discretion, subject to availability).
11.    The Main Prize and the Runner-up Prize(s) together are referred to as the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”.
12.    The Main Winner and the Runners-up shall together be referred to as the “Winners” and each a “Winner”.
13.    Only the Main Winner and one (1) person, as chosen by the Main Winner (the “Elected Person”) may enjoy the benefits of the Main Prize. The Elected Person must be approved by Monster Energy, be over the age of eighteen (18) years and be resident in Czech Republic or Slovakia. The Main Winner and the Elected Person must hold valid passports that do not expire before 30.06.2027 in order to redeem the Main Prize.
14.    Before being declared the Main Winner and receiving the Main Prize, a potential Main Winner and their Elected Person will be required to:
a.    prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, residence, identity, which may include but is not limited to a copy of proof of residence, passport and/ or similar government issued identification; and
b.    sign a waiver prepared by Monster Energy, in its complete discretion, specific to the Main Prize confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the waiver. Copies of the applicable confirmation and waiver can be obtained upon request to [INSERT].
Failure to provide Monster Energy with this information within the reasonable timeframe set by Monster Energy may result in the Main Winner forfeiting the Main Prize and Monster Energy drawing another qualifying entry as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
15.    For the avoidance of doubt, all other costs associated with the Main Prize, including without limitation, tax, valid health insurance for travel, travel visa (if applicable), transportation, equipment, sustenance, any entertainment and anything related to the Main Prize not specifically included and outlined in the definition of the Main Prize above will be borne solely by the Main Winner. Accommodation is on a room only basis and the Main Winner and their Elected Person will be responsible for all additional room charges and all food and beverage consumed at the Hotel and elsewhere. The Main Winner hereby agrees to sign and comply with any terms and conditions provided by the relevant service providers for the services set out above.
16.    It is the responsibility of the Main Winner and their Elected Person to check travel advice for the entry requirements of the country they are travelling to and ensure they have arranged for all necessary travel visas.
17.    It is the responsibility of the Main Winner to provide any required documentation and any other legal requirements for the Main Prize and/or documentation required by law and/or Monster Energy.

Notification and Prize Delivery

18.    The Winners will be notified by email and/or by telephone via the email address and/or telephone number provided to enter the Promotion within seven (7) days of the Draw (“Notification”). Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. 
19.    The delivery details of the Prizes shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion. Details of delivery of the Prizes (including but not limited to the time, date and location of delivery) shall be provided to the Winners at Notification.
20.    In the event that Monster Energy cannot contact a potential Winner within three (3) days of the Notification or a potential Winner is unavailable to receive or attend their Prize for any reason whatsoever, such entry will be deemed null and void and Monster Energy shall select another Valid Entry as soon as reasonably possible thereafter in accordance with the Draw process. 
General Terms

21.    Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per person and each entrant shall not submit or attempt to submit more than one (1) entry. Monster Energy reserves the right to refuse entry of any individual to the Promotion who submits or attempts to submit more than one (1) entry.
22.    Entries will not be valid where they are made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices. Monster Energy reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to exclude entries it believes have been made using any automated entry techniques.
23.    For the avoidance of doubt a computer or another internet ready device and internet access is required to enter the Promotion. It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure permission is gained from the owner of the computer and the individual who pays for the internet service provider. No refund may be claimed for expenses related to the use of an internet connection for the purpose of participating in the Promotion.
24.    All entries are deemed to have been received at the time of entry into Monster Energy’s database and not at the time when the entry is sent to the Website by the entrant. 
25.    If there is any dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the decision of Monster Energy shall be final.
26.    Submitting the online entry form or any other form of evidence of submitting the online entry form is not proof that your entry has been received. Monster Energy accepts no responsibility for entries that are incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or which are not received for any reason.  
27.    The Prizes are as described and are not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a Winner is unable to claim their Prize for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or Monster Energy being unable to deliver a Prize due to the COVID-19 pandemic or for any other reason, Monster Energy reserves the right to replace an entire Prize or prize components with a prize of equal or greater value.
28.    The Winners agree to participate and shall procure that the Elected Person agrees to participate in reasonable publicity resulting from the Promotion if requested to do so by Monster Energy and the Winners acknowledge that Monster Energy can use their name, photograph and audio and/or visual recordings of them and an Elected Person in any publicity relating to the Promotion as described in Monster Energy’s privacy policy.
29.    If Monster Energy fails to comply with these Terms, it is responsible for loss or damage an entrant suffers that is a foreseeable result of Monster Energy's breach of these Terms or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of Monster Energy's breach or if they were contemplated by the entrant and Monster Energy at the time that the entrant entered the Promotion. Besides Monster Energy's liability for foreseeable loss or damage, Monster Energy and/or any of their affiliate companies, employees, directors, agents, assigns or sub-contractors disclaims any and all liability to the fullest extent permissible by law.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
30.    Events may occur that render the Promotion itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Monster Energy and accordingly Monster Energy may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the Promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Monster Energy as a result thereof.
31.    Monster Energy reserves the right to: (a) change the format of the Promotion and/or delay or postpone the Promotion or any stage(s), in whole or in part due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability to the entrant; and/or (b) refuse entry of any individual to the Promotion or future promotions organised by Monster Energy: (i) where Monster Energy reasonably believes that a Prize has been transferred to a third party in whole or in part; (ii) where an entrant has been disqualified from any Monster Energy competition or promotion in the twelve (12) months prior to the Commencement Date; (iii) where Monster Energy reasonably believe such individual has not complied with these Terms; and/or (iv) where such individual is ineligible to participate in the Promotion (or if participation in the Promotion should have been refused for any reason whatsoever).
32.    Save as expressly set out in these Terms, Monster Energy has no liability for any costs or expenses that may be incurred by any entrant. The Winners will be liable for any tax chargeable in relation to their Prize.  
33.    It is advised that all entrants retain a copy of these Terms for future reference.
34.    You accept that your name may be made available to the public if you are a Winner. The Winners’ names are available by contacting Monster Energy at www.monsterenergy.com/contact-us within 90 days of the Closing Date.   
35.    The Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales subject to mandatory provisions of local consumer law that may apply for your benefit by operation of law and nothing in the Promotion and these Terms affect your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
36.    Any disputes (contractual or non-contractual) arising under or in connection with this Promotion or these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in England and Wales. However, this shall not limit consumers' mandatory rights under the applicable consumer protection legislation.
